It is that time of year again. Support staff applications are officially open. If you think you have what it takes to join the Rescreatu Support department, please submit an application. Below is a brief description of the job. Your role is to make Rescreatu a friendly place for all members. This can be achieved by responding to minor queries like questions: In the shoutbox, blogs, forums, and rmails you receive; redirecting requests which you are unfamiliar with to the appropriate staff member, and making sure to welcome any new users. You will be expected to log in at least 5 hours a week during training, with a minimum duration of 1 hour each period. After training, you will be expected to log in at least 10 hours per week. You will be removed from staff if you can't keep up with this work load. You will be rewarded with Credits at a flat pay rate during training, with a raise if you move on to full-fledged support. You can use these Credits to purchase exclusive items, additional features, and more at the Credit Shop. |
