ooc: I know the bird was dead, she hurt her tai lwhen it had clawed her when it was alive while she was helping. bic: Duskpaw glanced at the ground where she could feel trickles of blood seeping from her wound. She sighed and wandered over to the den where Coalpaw and Emberpaw and Icepaw were. "thanks for leaving me." she hissed, flicking her blooy tail across the ground. Lifewing walked out to find out what all the commotion was. She had cobwebs with her. She wrapped the cobweb around Dusk's tail and Dusk sighed happily...

Emberpaw glanced down at Duskpaw as Lifewing wrapped it up with cobwebs. She felt bad for doing this, but she had to. "Er...Lifewing? Don't' you think you should put herbs on it to stop infection? The bird made that wound and who knows where those claws had been," She said and looked at her mentor carefully, but confusion at her mistake clear in her eyes. Her mentor could be so mouse-brained sometimes!
Current Goal: Hatch a Black and Albino Shaefu. Get all Dye Kit Color Shaefu. 2 Dyes so far and 4 Shaefu Hatched. Thread up in Ads if you want to see what I'm selling.

"Huh.... What?" Lifewing looked up as if this was the first time she had seen Emberpaw. She glanced down at Duskpaw's tail and blinked rappidly. Why was this happening, first the dream and now this. She unwrapped the cobwebs and went back inside her den for some marigold. She rubbed it on Duskpaw's tail and then put the cobwebs on at last, feeling a little clumsy...

Emberpaw gazed at Lifewing for a long moment before returning to Coalpaw's wound. She chewed the roots and leaves into a pulp and spat them on his wound. She made sure the pulps got in deep, even though it would sting more. She then picked up some of the cobwebs and wrapped them around his paw. She made sure not to just wrap it around his paw, but went higher to his paw, almost all the way up his leg. She didn't want the bindings to fall off if he took a few steps. "There Coalpaw. I suggest you stay here until the Warrior Ceremony comes. Then you'll just have to sit vigil outside." She said gently.

Lifewing stared at Emberpaw as if to say What is wrong with me! and then whisked back into her den. She lay down on her four paws and stared at the pool of water rushing before her eyes. "starClan, why is this message making me not do my work right. And who are these (6?) cats who will have to go on this journey and why is one of them my daughter..." She said this last one quietly, not even Emberpaw knew that she had a daughter...
