The Xisters are back again!   Everyone's favorite duo Xespa and Xoria have returned for another year to collect their beloved Ebilia and Jaaku. Once again, they've decided to team up, so while they each have their own prize shop with ghastly goods to buy, points earned towards each shop will be combined into one leaderboard! This year there are three spooky new wearable skulls stocking in both the Xisters' prize shops.    The top 20 users on the leaderboard when the event closes will be rewarded with a new wearable item that will be announced in due course. The leaderboard will close on November 10th @ 11:59PM Rescreatu Time. Ruwyn's Bone Flip Game  The formidable Ruwyn has a hoard of items just waiting for some keen adventurers to find them. There's one issue though: you'll have to dig through piles of bones to find them, all the while making sure you don't disturb Ruwyn in her sleep! This year two new items have been spotted in her den. Are you brave enough to search for them?   You can play the bone flip game once every 30 minutes!  Reminder: All contest participants are to submit their entries before November 2, 2021 @ 11:59 PM Rescreatu Time. |

   Easero, Quelis and Narwi now have the Undead Effect!  You can obtain the undead effect by reviving a Creatu from your graveyard using a Curse of the Undead. Note that the Creatu must be an adult and must be of a species that is able to receive the Undead effect! There is also a chance that your active Creatu will be bitten and receive the Undead effect while you are Trick or Treating. You might stumble upon a Curse of the Undead when searching for Jaaku and Ebilia eggs or when sacrificing items to The Lair.  It's time to regroup with Pari and tell her of your findings from using The Lair. Did you celebrate Halloween this year? Let us know in the comments what you dressed up as! 🎃 |

Happy Halloween!    We would like to remind everyone that there is still a 10% Cash Point Sale going on throughout the Halloween Festivities! All purchases of 500 CP or more will receive a bonus 10% CP, sent out within 24 hours of purchase. NPC Trick or Treat    NPC Shopkeepers are getting in on the Trick or Treat festivities! You can now visit an NPC shopkeeper of your choice every 20 minutes for a fun prize. Staff Updates  We are pleased to announce the return of Department Heads! Pegasus is the new head of Support! Xichen is the new head of Moderators! Snow is the new head of Development! crowflux is the new head of Artists! With these new roles, Dan is stepping back from his previous duties over the Support and Moderator teams, and will work only in Development and game balancing. In the future, please direct any Site Rule, Banning, or Support related questions to Pegasus, and any Shoutbox/Forum related rules or questions to Xichen; or to anyone else in their respective departments. Should you have any questions regarding Development or events, Snow will soon be hosting a Q&A with crowflux periodically to discuss upcoming events, site changes, and suggestions! Snow will also now be handling the changelog. Staff Applications    New staff members will now be chosen solely by each Department Head for their respective departments. All departments are now accepting applications continuously, rather than only when a position is open, and will hire as needed from the pool of applicants for their respective departments. Please feel free to apply, as all departments are currently hiring! Multiple departments are looking to make new hires this week.  Faheem's new apprentice, Pari, has been asking to meet with you. I wonder what they've figured out. The Lair  The Lair must have sensed the chill in the air, and has crackled to life again. It has some eerie rewards up for offer in exchange for the sacrifice of certain items. What curiosities will you reap from the Lair this year?    Trick or Treat! Hopefully you've donned your spookiest costume and found the largest candy container you can possibly carry, because it's time to go trick-or-treating!  Every 20 minutes you can Trick or Treat with another user. If you're lucky you will receive a treat, or you might get a nasty trick! Try to visit as many users as you can, because there are prizes to be won! You will also be rewarded for handing out tricks and treats to users that knock on your door, so make sure your lantern is lit to show that somebody is home! Can you find all the new items this year?      It seems that something dark is lurking on the streets this Halloween. Take care whilst out trick or treating, for there is a small chance that your selected Creatu might be bitten by the Undead!  To trigger this event, your selected Creatu must be an adult and must be a species that is able to receive the Undead effect. Forum Avatars Four new forum avatars have been added.
