January 4, 2013 - New Staff Position!
A new staff position has opened! This position has been designed for those of you who enjoy helping out around the site, but do not want to have to take part in reprimanding other users. Anyone who is 13 years or older is eligible to be accepted!

As a member of the Rescreatu Assistants, you will be responsible for many small but important duties. New users join Rescreatu every day, and many of them need help and guidance when first learning the ropes of the game. Assistants are responsible for seeking out new users, making sure they feel welcome, and providing as much help as may be needed. Giving guidance on the site rules is also a responsibility.

As an Assistant, you will not be responsible for issuing any warnings, bans, or reprimanding users. Any undesirable behavior should be reported to the proper staff department to be dealt with.

Happy New Year




We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. 


New year, same old facial hair. Then again, who would not want to keep such a lovely beard for the coming year? Perhaps you can keep it all the way to next year so it will be even longer, want to try?

You have a couple more hours to collect the last Advent Calender prize. 
The Advent Page will be available all day on January 1, 2013.  Make sure to visit the page and click the link to collect your New Year Beard.
Look out for an update with information on the raffle mentioned in the beginning of the month.  We will have that for you in the next couple days.

Christmas Contests
No more entries will be accepted for the coloring or baking contest.  Judging should start tomorrow so look out for an update!

Apple Tree and Toy Drive

The Apple tree is decorated and looks awesome!  Tree decorating and the toy drive have ended for this year.

You are still able to pick apples from the tree all year long.  Each branch grows different types of apples, some have fun trying different ones.
Leader Board Prizes for the apple tree decoration will go out in the next couple days also.


Dont forget you have 2 days left to start your egg hunt if you havent done so already.
