How do they not tip the scales for other users? Look at Neopets, they have random events that give out coveted bottled Faeries. Even look at their restock! They put Draik Eggs in NPC shops for those people with the NP, faster computers, and faster thinking-to-action reflexes than others. Are they playing favorites? Of course not! It's a feature with the site. This is just the same. If you have the time, internet connection, or even the tu then you can get this creatu. It's fair game for everyone. Some people just have to put bit more effort into it. And that's exactly what we want. We want challenges for users. Without challenges, this site would be boring! We want users to be engaged in the website. Making goals, playing games, striking up deals with other users, investing in stocks. All of these are things we want users to be doing and releasing creatu like this makes that possible.

Random events or awards are fine. They usually do nothing to tip the scale in favor of one user to another. Showing favoritism by making it possible for only one type of user to be able to aquire something is unfair.

Why shouldn't we reward the users who dedicate time to come to our website and go egg hunting? Every website has this feature. Random events and mini login contests are all different ways of "rewarding" users for logging in and taking the time to explore the website. It's not uncommon for this to happen. Neopets does it, Subeta does it, Wajas does it.... Just because this time it comes in the form of getting a pet doesn't make it any different. Essentially, you get a pixel for spending time.

Not everyone is obsessive enough to log onto this site often enough to be able to get the uilus egg by searching, or has the coin to do it. Trading for uilus is just as bad as buying one: you need to be rich in tu or have an equally rare creatu. If they aren't able to spend time to get an uilus on their own, what exactly makes anyone think they have time to get another rare creatu? Its favoritism.

It's good that the Uilus prices are at those prices. Before the Narwi was released, Uilus eggs were 500k-ish because of a massive flux of the eggs. Everyone hunted, everyone got eggs, everyone sold eggs for the lowest prices. We're trying to get rid of those low prices so others can sell the eggs for more. You're looking at this in an entirely narrow way. This is a way to get the economy balanced for the Uilus and we're giving you a new creatu for helping us.

Myth: It's perfectly fair. People who work harder can get it through the exchange. If you don't have the time or can't put in enough effort, simply buy or trade for an egg, or if you are too poor, trade for the creatu. It's very simple. Very cheap. What you put in comes OUT. Put in 5m to get the egg, get back 5m by selling it. Tu is already very easy to make. 5m is not that much.

I like the critter, but I don't like the way to obtain it. Took me an hour to get just one Uilus egg, if someone can't be on for that amount of time to find an egg (or two in this case) then they cannot get this new creature. Its favoring one type of member over another. And the cheapest Uilus egg for sale that I have seen is 2.5 million tu. 2 eggs to get just one of these takes 5 million tu for those taking the money route. It isn't exactly fair...

This creatu isn't hard to obtain at all. You have the opportunity to go Uilus egg hunting and that's for free, just requires a bit of time. :/ This creatu is essentially free to anyone who can hunt/has Uilus eggs/has Uilus creatu. It... can't possibly get any more cheap than this. o_o

Daww, baby Narwi! I'd keep my Sniffles on my profile if I still had an R-Ray, as I want him to be a baby forever. XD But, hopefully everyone who didn't get a box sent a Support ticket? It's how I got mine when it didn't work, and I got a FAST response (as usual). Or you could make a list of those missing the box in the Bugs Forum maybe? As for the pet not being obtainable...seriously? Uilus eggs are *free*, and it only takes 2 of them to get a Narwi egg. I had 3 Narwi eggs after half an hour of Uilus egg searching. Didn't cost me a single Tu. I have to say, people on Res are generally friendly and helpful. Before posting a gripe, glitch or problem in the Update Comments, maybe try asking a helpful Staffie or other members about it on the Forums or Chatbox. It's not only a faster way to get your issue fixed, you get to meet/talk to other members as well. Happy Holidays, and don't let a stray Narwi accidentally poke you in the...leg. :)
