December 16, 2023 - Exploring for Narwi Eggs!

It seems that Narwi Creatu Eggs are now being found while Exploring throughout Rescreatu!

How strange is that? 😏
Palora and the other planet guardians are baffled by this mystery. No doubt they're seeking answers as we speak.

I guess you better explore for yourself and get them while you still can!


Note: When it comes to Pacing Strategies, choosing between "Prefer Eggs" or "Prefer Items" only tells your Creatu what to drop if their inventory is full. It does not impact the chances of what your pet will find!

If you would like to make sure your Creatu picks up a Narwi egg when it finds one, it's recommended to choose "Prefer Eggs" so that your pet will replace an item from its full inventory for the Narwi Egg (if they have an item).

(They are also recognized by the "Egg Rarity" option. Which means when finding a Narwi egg with a full inventory, a more common egg will be dropped so your pet can pick up the Narwi egg.)

@ParisFurbaby: You can find "Pacing Strategies" within the dropdown menu of your Creatu's card on the Explore page. The dropdown is just below their image where their name is shown. :)

@wolfspirit25: As far as I understand, it is not possible because "egg rarity" is a subset of the "prefer eggs" option. It wouldn't be much of a strategy if you were able to prefer both items and rarer eggs at the same time. Thanks for your feedback, I'll be keeping this in mind!

Yayyy :D Now I can do seasonal egg hunts for the first time in a very long time!! Now if only we can get the other eggs in there...🥚 anyways thanks greatly appreciated! Also yes the Prefer Items strategy doesn't work with the Egg Rarity option at all. I can see why it wouldnt be allowed to, but theres also no note that it's not supposed to.

I don't know how to change to picking up other items instead of reg eggs!

Is there any way to get an option to drop eggs if you have a full inventory but start with the common ones while also dropping your most common egg if you find a rarer one? A combination between the strategies. I remember back when explore first came out I was regularly told it was possible to turn on both "egg rarity" and "prefer items" so it would work this exact way but that never actually worked.
