Earth day means being able to disconnect and appreciate nature, stop and smell the flowers. I love spring because it's prelude to my birthday and it means I get to wear shorts and blow on dandelions to teach fairies how to fly. 🌷 |

Earth day to me is Beltane! Start of Summer and the celebration of life flourishing. Days only get hotter from then on and for us in the south it means no more cool nights for awhile. It's also my birthday month :) |

yesss, these new elemental Creatu are so cute! i love them :) Earth Day for me is a good opportunity to talk with other people about what the Earth means to us, and what we can do as individuals to be prudent with our resources and help to take care of the environment around us. drove to an appointment yesterday morning, and on the way home maybe a couple hours later i saw that a group of people had been working hard to fill garbage bags with litter from the side of the road, and had filled at least 15 or 20 bags already in the time i had been gone. it didn't look like a paid job or anything, just a group of people doing what they thought was right. ya love to see it :) |

Earth day is a great time to learn about the harms of indisciminate pesticide use in our yards. There is no pesticide that will only target the bugs you don't like and not also harm pollinators. Insecticides kill butterflies, bees, fireflies, and everything else doing an important job in the ecosystem, but companies will tell you they don't in order to sell you a product. Resist yard pesticide companies and join your local native gardening group on social media to learn how you can help reverse biodiversity decline in your own yard. |

Earth day - for me is it every day when I can work in my garden with my plants. When I plant plants for the bees, bumblebees, butterflies and all the other helpers that they need for survival. This is a matter close to my heart |

Earth day to me is a day that should be like all others... we should not have a day to remind us how precious our planet is and we should take better care of it. I hope it'll reach more people every year though, so living a sustainable lifestyle will one day become the norm! |
