Hello citizens of Rescreatu. I've got some great news for you! We have finally heard from Elijah! Here is the message as it was presented to me.

"Dear Palora,
The earthquakes certainly wreaked some havoc here in the Frozen Vale on Atquati. Avalanches sealed the Ice Caves, but we've finally managed to get them cleared. There does not seem to be any structural damage to the caves themselves, so we've decided to declare the caves safe. We were worried about the Divuin population, but they're just fine with plenty of eggs for people to hunt. Let the Divuin egg hunt begin, and may many be found!

We are still working on the Ice Tunnels, however. Those entrances are still sealed, and we will want to inspect them as well to make sure it is safe before we allow any exploration. Please let the people of Rescreatu know that we are doing our best to work quickly, and safely. Those tunnels are slippery enough as it is. We don't need them falling prey to loose chunks of ice falling as well! I will let you know when we've made a thorough inspection of the tunnels to make certain they're clear and safe for exploration."
