We are all so busy leading our own lives throughout the rest of the year that we never get the time to see each other. It's nice to have a break around the same time to be able to catch up and spend quality time with loves ones.

The best thing about the winter season is snow. I used to live in North Dakota, where it snowed all the time, and now I live in Arkansas where we're lucky to see snow at all. So definitely watching snow fall with a hot cup of cocoa.

My winter season isn't during Christmas, we have summer! :p So I really enjoy having the whole family over, having a nice barbecue (I think that's what other people call it xD) and swimming. I usually have friends over and we having a water balloon fight on Christmas Day. The evening before Christmas, we have a huge dinner with my mom's side of the family and when we're done we go through the town and look at all the Christmas lights put up. :)

Well i live in Florida so there are many reasons for me to love the winter season. one, our mutant bugs have gone back to the underworld where they belong. Two, things seem so much more positive with everything. There's lights and good smells in the air and seasonal treats like hot apple cider, egg nog, and hot cocoa become available. Three, the weather. Florida is very hot and humid almost all year but in the winter the coolness filters the air and dries it out so it is very crisp and fresh. i love that! aside from the break in sweating and being able to open the windows in the house. ^_^ Sorry but it was a good question needing a good answer.
