Although the effect is being awarded to mutants, there is no current plan of making the Effects actually function on Mutant Creatu. Sorry about that, please enjoy your regular Frosty-Glow Creatu!

It seems like I can get Frost Light on my mutant zaphao via the Ice Tunnels but it doesn't appear on mutants.

Im pretty sure the source is an alien ship that crashed long ago and the vale then froze over the top of it. The aliens are currently in a rgenerative cryo-sleep, hence the frost light and the ability to increase your pets stats. the ice pendants and such are relics from the aliens. The ship recently reactivated an SOS beacon, reawakened because of the recent resmas festivities. Within a few days an Alien fleet will emerge out of faster-than-light travel and eradicate all life on the 4 worlds.

Mondfuchs, click on your Aukira's picture, and there should be a drop-down menu that allows you to apply the effect. It will only show if your Aukira is an adult. :)

Yee I got my Aukira iced after many attempts. :D The effect is lovely!
Will this only work on adults of pets that have art of the effect, like Undead? Or will it be more like Stardust?
