During the next two weeks, Support Tickets will be accepted regarding items, TU, and pets which were accidentally sent to the wrong username. Recently, there have been an unusually large amount of mistakes happening, resulting in these things being sent to the wrong account. As a rule, staff does not correct user error, but it has been decided that for a limited amount of time, and as a one-time only courtesy, we will help to sort these situations out. In order to qualify, you must submit your ticket no later than 11:59 p.m. Rescreatu Time on Sunday, February 12th. Please include as many details as possible!
Please remember this will be a ONE-TIME courtesy only. After this two week period expires, user error will no longer be corrected by Staff. It is the users' responsibility to double-check that the correct username has been typed when sending anything on the site. |
