I know hatching albino is completely random, but just wondering, how long did it take for you guys to hatch your first albino (and were you merchant or rancher at the time?)
And also, how many 'good hatches' do you get in a month? (as rancher or merchant) I want to know about the rancher or merchant thing because 1 month worth of hatches for a rancher is like 3 month worth of hatches for merchant. So yeah...
You see, I have a kioka egg, and I would love nothing more than my first ever albino to be a kioka....long shot, I know, but I want to 'maximise' my chances of it turning bino. I have already hatched calico and 2 mutants last month, and this month (1st dec) I have hatched an achromatic already. I fear my luck is about to run out. Is it wise to attempt to hatch albinos this month? Or should I wait for some major major nattie streak?

Each user is different. Some users may be (seemingly, as there is no real way to tell, we all supposedly have the same chances) really good at hatching a specific type of creatu. I'm good at hatching gondra, after a week or so of hatching gingers and silvers, and one blonde, I got a bino (my first). I can hatch most of the second release mutant, but can't hatch any of my real favorites that I've wanted since they came out. I had to buy them. It just depends.
Good luck with your hatch! You might try to find someone who's hatched a bino CSer before to hatch it for you if you're worried. |

Each user is very different, like Guiven said.
I've always been a Rancher, and I have awful luck. A few months after I signed up on Res, I don't really remember when, I hatched my first and only hatched albino. Ever since then, I haven't hatched albino. A lot of blondes and silvers on occasion, a few calicos, and two mutants, half of which were for another user's hatches, but only one Albino. Ever. Usually, my gut tells me if I'm going to hatch a good pet. But usually I do the opposite of what my gut tells me and I screw myself over and sell the hatch. ^^;
My boyfriend on the other hand, hatched like three Albinos in his first month or so. Two of which he actually gave to me, but yeah. x3;
I know one user that hatched three coloured CSers in a day. >.>

I tend to have waves of luck. For awhile I had no good hatches (I hatched all sorts of Creatu); then focused on Chimby and began to hatch higher and higher colors sporadically. A few months after I joined, and a few weeks after I focused on Chimby, I hatched an albino. Then my luck dropped off and I hatched nothing higher than black for like a month. Then one day I hatched a ginger, silver, and blonde Gondra in a row (and got good names for them!) A week later I got an albino, then a few weeks of nothing, and then I started getting albinos and high colors again.
Honestly, nowadays I use extra money to get some NCJB and try those; that's how I got most of the albinos I have. xP But yes, I think it's just how much the random number generator likes you.
Now, if you wanna talk about beaning luck, I tend to be pretty good with those. xDDD |

I haven't even hatched anything higher then a silver I seem to have really good luck with mutants though :L (but the chances are higher then bino and blonde and calico, so I still think I kind of fail XD)

As a Rancher I've hatched a single albino. However, I've hatched 16 blondes. I've also hatched 1 mutant as a Rancher. As a merchant, I JUST switched, so I haven't really hatched any pets as a merchant yet.

Okay...I seriously can't make up my mind, and I reckon if I keep waiting for 'that day' and debating with myself like this I'll never end up hatching that egg XD
I'm just going to hatch that egg at reset today. Egg, pleeeeeease be albino!

im a rancher and probably always will be but i have terrible, terrible hatching luck! it really did take me about a year to hatch (id brought a few) my first bino and even that was a chimby :) i only get a few good coloured hatches a month but i ave gone through a few phases of being fantastic. i once hatched two mutants in a row from fresh eggs and then a silver (the color i needed for kir) :D! these dont happen often tho and dont last very long! but i have a friend who hatched an albino on her second day and is always hatching calicos, albinos and high colored creatu. (shes a lucky bum) |

Yeah, albino luck is really... weird. My third hatch ever was an albino Mirabilis, and I hatched three albino Myotis before I hatched a silver. I have more luck with species if I constantly hatch their eggs and no others. I guess it's just a perseverance thing?

I started as rancher:
Month 3: Albino Drindian
Month ???: Albino Drindian
Month ???: Albino Aerix
Then changed to merchant:
Month ???: Black Cyid
Not sure when these two were hatched:
Month: ???: Albino Mirabilis
Month ???: Albino Intes
Recently I changed back to rancher to hatch 21 cyid eggs, all natural.
I'm back to merchant again, naturals haunting me as per normal.
