(thank you :) I've played on other sites before, my sister played on this one but she quit a while ago. The season is early spring)

Atall looked at the other female, greeted her with the dragon's equivalent of a smile, and said,

"The gathering is exciting, yes, but I'm not excited for it. I feel.. vulnerable out here in the open, it makes me uneasy." She jerked her head in the direction of the two bantering males and added, "And not we have this going on; always lovely." She turned back to face the female again and said, "Pardon my manners, I am Atall, earth dragon."

Tempus could tell the other male was backing down. With a satisfied snort, Tempus did the same. Now that he had his menacing aura about him, he decided to take a stroll down the valley. The other dragons, now very wary of him, parted without hesitation. Before he had walked far, though, an explosion of light blinded him, and every other dragon in the valley. Once his sight had cleared, an unbelievably m*censored*ive golden dragon had appeared in the center.

(i'll play him for now, won't be staying long ^^)

His bellowing voice echoed through the valley, commanding the attention of all present.

"Heed me, my brethren, you who have answered the Call!"

     "Jewel, air dragon." she responded quickly. She turned to the m@ssive dragon. She bowed her head, acknowledging him fully. The jewels on her body were shining with light, and her golden scales seemed to be glowing softly. She was curious to see what he would say.

     Shalbriri landed, digging his claws into the rock, his strenth causing the rock to crack. He pertched on the edge, before taking a few hesitant steps forward, hoping that the ground wouldn't collapse under his heavy weight. His redish brown scales were shining dully, and her stared at the golden dragon with distaste. Though he bowed his head, his teeth stayed clenched. A few other dragons moved away from him, afraid of him.

      Blue Flame, his blue fire coiling around his body landed beside Jewel. Her eyes flicked toward him, before resting back on the golden dragon.

The great golden beast waited for everyone to settle before speaking again.

"For hundreeds of years we have been in hiding, brothers and sisters. For hundreds of years we have been robbed of the freedoms of the sky. For hundreds of years, our numbers have dwindled, and for what?" He let his words hang in the air, letting thier meaning settle in each dragon. "We hid ourslves away out of fear, and this is understandable, given the situation of that time, but this is a new age! A time of renewal is at hand, a time in which dragonkind can return to the state it was once in!"

another pause.

"I sent the Call, brothers and sisters, to bid you to action. No longer shall we cower in caves and tunnels, no longer will we retreat into the darkness! I Call for the new mating season to be held in the open air, something that has not occured in over three hundred years. I Call for a new dragon nation to be established and defy those humans that oppose its creation. I Call for the dragons to be reborn!"

The crowd went wild.

Sacudo was near the rear of the crowed his smile grew a bit as he listened to the crowd let their excited roars be heard. His mouth was a bit dry and he soon decided it was time to find water to soothe it. He faded into mist and his body lifted itself and he reapeard next to the very large dragon that he had seen earlier. He gave a nod of greeting as he walked over to a small pond that had been left over by the rain that had came and watered the earth.

((heh sorry i fell asleep XD))

Jewel, hearing the large dragon roar, roared with him. With all the dragons. It was about time.

Nyara slept soundly and then awoke, lifting her great white head to hear the call of other dragons. She opened her wide mouth and let out a call, so loud it shook the moutainside. She let out a spout of icy cold air and stomped over to Shabiri, "Might I ask what this is about?" she asked, her forked tounge flicking out her mouth so fast that she hissed in surprise.

She swept her tail across the mountain, making several larg boulders roll down the cliff and then glared at the older dragon with light purple eyes...

Atall felt her own throat rumble with her own roar, a sound that was more of a smooth song than a full, earth-shaking roar. she agreed completely with both the golden king and the ancient male, and when an ignorant female approached, Atall found herself hissing in displeasure. Rather than waiting for the male to respond to the female's prodding, Atall stalked up to her, fury in her voice as she spat,

"Are you truly so oblivious to the happenings of the world? Did you perhaps ignore the Call and chose only to come now, when all have already respectfully gathered? What right do you have to challenge those who Call here?"

Things were getting interesting, Tempus thought. The male he had confronted earlier was taking up a leading role in the Gathering, and now these two females, yes, very interesting. Instead of intervening, he remained where he was, perched on a small boulder. He glanced towards the gold king, who was also watching the incident with curiosity, almost as if to gauge thier compitence.....

*hint hint*

At the female's spittle splashed against the scales of her face, Atall lost all sense of formality. "We are gathering to fight, whelp, but perhaps your soul is as bitter as your tongue and you feel you need not care about such things!" With a snarl on her lips and an angry rumble in her throat, Atall began to circle around her, meanwhile saying, "I wonder if its the clouds that are hanging low or your head that's raised high above them!"

A roar shattered the tension that had suddenly been drawn taught over the two females.

"ENOUGH!"

Stunned Atall skitted backwards, her agressive posture abandonded. The golden king had at some point appeared at the edge of the circle that had cleared to allow her and the other female room. The command had come from him. As Atall watched him, she sensed not anger, but approval, as if he was pleased...

Name: Raithe

Gender: Female

Element: Ice

Power(1 or 2): She can breath icefire, which is so cold that it freezes the target and burns them at the same time. She can also freeze organic and non-organic objects for periods of time.

Personality (optional): Cold and reclusive, Raithe is a loner and rogue, wandering the lands alone. She lost her nestmates long ago and wishes to avenge them, but is to reclusive to actually confront humans. She just wishes to live in peace.

Deion or picture: Raithe is a long and slim dragon, averaging at around 60ft in length and 30ft in height. Her frame is very wiry and lithe, hiding her true strength from her opponents. She specializes in agility and so she has very strong wing and leg muscles. Her wings are very long and lighter than a usual dragon's, making it easier to beat them. She has dark indigo scales with steel gray bands on her legs, tail and horns. Her eyes are emerald green. 

Dusk watched him with narrowed eyes, the Golden King, where had he come from. She dipped her white head respectfully and opened her eyes . She may be an outcats, but she still had her honor, so why didn't the king look mad?

Satisfied that order was once again restored, he looked at both females and said,

"I have said that we have a cause to fight for, but I have not yet explained how we are going to do so." He began to stare off into the distance as he continued. "An instantaneous attack on the humans would be a foolish endeavor, especially considering the unknown enemy residing to the north. I am sure you both have felt it, yes?"

Atall found herself surprised again. It was true, she had been feeling odd sensations for a while now, ominous feelings of a sort. she glanced at the other female, wondering if she also had these feelings.

"You two, however, are not the only ones." The golden beast turned, pointedly looking at several dragons in the valley, at both of the males that had nearly come to a confrentation before, another male with a wreath of blue flame about his head, the mist dragon standing nearby, and the golden female the earth female had been speaking to before. He had been keeping a close eye on all of them ever since they entered the valley, and with a mental effort, sent out the same physcic message to all of them, Come, step forward.

Tempus flinched as the eyes of the king settled on him, shortly followed by the silent call. He was powerless to resist. He moved forward, glancing at the other dragons that had been indicated as well.
