((Sure. <3)) Nathaniel moved to intercept Shadow's attaack, his eyes glowing brightly beneath his curtain of black hair. Black shadows began to lift from the ground and swirl aorund him, demonic wails and screams eminating from the black mas.s. "You will not slaughter humans without reason, Shadow," he growled, showing a mouth full of sharp fangs, faces with glowing white eyes poppingi n and out of his shadows. |

Calyx cauticiously slid down the tree trunk, just to climb back up. I'll be safe up here...She thought, digging her finger nails into the bark of the tree. What ever Nathaniel was doing, it was working. Hopefully Shadow wpuld just walk away. Hopefully. A whimper escaped her lips as she watched the two males, slightly curious. She jumped from branch to branch, trying to find the most confortsbly. It was a hard task, since they were tree branches. Once she had foudn the right one, she dangled her legs and continued to watch the two.

Crystal was relieved when Nathaniel protected her, but she didn't let he guard down. She took a step back-- just to be safe-- and watched Shadow's every movement, though she probably didn't have to with Nathaniel protecting her and Calyx, who she noticed up in a tree. She turned around and looked up at Calyx. When no one was looking, she whispered to Calyx, "Scared?" She smiled, which, again, was dark but sweet like always. "Fine," Shadow grumbled. "But I'll get them someday, and you can't be guarding them forever." He walked away, thinking when and where would be the most possible place that Calyx and Crystal would be next. Hm.... maybe Crystal will be wandering around the woods hiding behind bushes and accidentally stepping on sticks while Calyx would be at an ice cream store giggling? No, probably not.

Calyx crossed her arms, and stuck out her tongue. without holding onto a branch for support, she flinched and almost fell down. She clung to the tunk of the tree, whimpering. "Mabye," she said quietly. She let otu a sigh of relief, Shadow gave up. Thank God. she slid down the tree and hid behind Crystal. "Do you think he'll leave us alone?" She asked. Probrably not, she said to herself.

Not like she hated Calyx or anything, that was just her personality. She didn't roll her eyes to offend Calyx. Suddenly, she felt intense pain again. "...... stupid," she said weakly, and held her stomach in pain. ".... white... dress.... clothing.... thing.... ugh," She struggled to keep her balance, and closed her eyes tightly in pain. ".... don't... ugh.... want to.... marry.... evil... creature... might as well... ugh.... let the pain take... over me since.... ugh... I'm not.... having a..... relationship with... a dark creature," She opened her eyes, and unwrapped her arms from her stomach when the pain disappeared. "Don't you ever get intense pain from the white dress you're wearing since you aren't having a relationship with a dark creature? Or is it only me?" she muttered.

Calyx's whimpering only grew louder. "Hopefully, I'll be dead before he does come back," She chirped, trying to sound hopeful. She watched as Crystal broke down. she wanted to help, but she knew she couldn't do anything. A frown stretched upon her face. "I do too," she said. "I thought I was going crazy!" she shivered, hugging her elbows. Was she realy going to have to have a relationship with a night creature? she looked down at her white dress, sudden'y envieing Crystall again. She shrugged it off. Who cares, anyway?

It's not just you. Alora's red eyes said as she turned them in Calyx's direction. Even though she was immortal, she could feel herself weakening and it was horrible. she wanted to either die or marry. Whichever came first...

Nathaniel's shadows spat at the escaping vampire as the devil looked back at the humans, moving his hair out of the way. He looked at the newborn, moving cautiously, his eyes flashing from red-pupiled white demon eyes to midnight blue human eyes. "I'm watching you, newborn vampire."

Black-ops pissed me off. ;c)

Calyx turned to Nathaniel. "I don't think she'll do any harm," She smiled warmly. "I'm Calyx, you?" She asked Alora, then hissed to herself. She had done it again! One day she's going to find out that not everyone's her friend. A sigh escaped her lips, followed by intense pain. She gripped her stomach, falling diwn to her knees. "Damnit.." She hissed quietly. After a few long seconds, Calyx bounced back up. "All better!" she chirped.

"I don't really know much about Vampires, but I do trust her.Dunno why, I just have problems," she grinned, then hid behind Crystal. "Dun eat me," She said awkwardly to the newborn vampire.

"A mute vampire in a game where she must bond with a creature of the night or die. This should be interesting," he purred, his grin growing wider.

Calyx let out a sigh of relief, stepping out from behind Crystal. "Okay," She said, stretching her arms. She yawned, climbing back up to her branch in the tree. "Ermm, I think i'm going to stay up here." she said quietly, but her goofy smile remained planted to her face.
