Calyx crossed her arms and stuck her tongue out at Shadow. The sound of another pesdon surprised her, for she actually thought it was an animal. Crystal's answer made Calyx grin. "Hey, no fair. I have to wear this stupid dress, while you have to wear that? Humpth." She frowned.

Crystal smiled, this time sweetly.  "Finally someone nice enough to trust," she rolled her eyes.  "I'm Crystal." She walked up to Calyx, for she was still next to the bush, and put out her hand for Calyx to shake.  "I don't bite," Her eyes wandered over to Shadow, who was clearly a vampire judging from his pale face and blood at the side of his mouth.  He must have recently fed.  "Like him."

"I am she called Calyx," She said, shaking Crystal's hand. She eyed Shadow, hissing slightly. "Psh, I'm still not happy that I have to wear this while you don't," she admitted, smiling.

"Don't you like dresses?" Crystal teased.  She flashed a quick glare at Shadow.  It was like everyone was hating him.  "So, is there anything you want to do?  I'm so bored right now, and the fact that that vampire seems to be about to bite our heads off is sort of bothering me," She flashed a dark glare at Shadow.  "Don't you bite any of us," she warned, her voice in a hiss.

Shadow glared back.  "You deserve it," he growled.  Then he snarled at them, opening his mouth wide, revealing his fangs.  "I don't think it would hurt to have two more meals.  Maybe I'll turn you instead of killing you." He approached both of them, and smiled widely, his fangs showing.

"Like I'm really going to let you do that," Crystal said darkly, rolling her eyes.  "I'll fight you if thats what it takes to get you away."

Nathaniel crossed his arms when he was spoken to, referred to as just a demon. "Devil of the shadows, to be exact. Ironic isn't it, Shadow?" he asked, tilting his head slightly before glancing at Calyx, a slightly curious look on his face. "Calyx. Interesting name. It's very unusual... Does it have a meaning behind it?" he asked, his eyes still hidden beneath the black curtain that was his hair. "I don't believe I've ever heard that name before..."

Calyx turned back to Nathaniel, slightly confused at her sudden outburst at Shadow. she srugged it off, he had it coming. "Err, I honestly have no idea. Something about a flower, I believe." she answered, fiddling with her fingers. "My mother was known to be an.....oddball," She giggled. "She said that one's name meant everything about someone. There peronality, things like that. Since I turned out wierd lke her, she named me Calyx. she said it describes...." She sighed. "How wierd I am. Well, she said unique, but I just knwo she thought I was wierd. Everyone else did."

Movement caught Calyx's eye, sos he turned aroudn to see Alora. But...Wasn't she dead? "Waaaa!" Calyx's hair practically fluffe dout, much like a cat's, at the sight of the new Vampire. "Zoommbbiieee! Dun eat my brains!"

Alana was timidly holding Esther's hand, as they walked along the beach together.  It was sunset, so they could both be out together.  Alana ran to the ocean, the water reaching her bare ankles.  Esther sat down and watched the sun.  She's so childish. Esther thought.  She doesn't seem to care about the marriages.  Esther tugged at her white dress.  No matter how hard she tried, it still wouldn't come off.  Just because it hasn't worked, doesn't mean I can't still try.  Esther pulled her chess set out of her satchel, and began playing.  It was a calming way for Esther to get her mind off of her worries.

"Alana, it's almost time to go back!" Esther called to Alana.  It ws almost evening.  They could get in serious trouble if Alana was out at night.  Not that I want her to go back.  I just don't want them to hurt her. Esther thought.  Esther heard the wind blowing.  Instinctively, she reached for the knife she kept in her socks.  Just the win, She thought.  "Alana, let's go!"  Esther held Alana's hand as they walked back.  

"Are you going to find someone to marry tonight, Esther?" Alana asked.

"Of course not," Esther replied, as always.
