The speakeasy was jumping now. Wilhelm enjoyed the sights of the people dancing, and doing some barney mugging in the corner from his booth in the corner. He motioned to a big man then towards the couple. This was a classy joint, he didn't want any of that going on out in the open. They could take that somewhere else.

He pushed his cigar into the ashtray on the table before he looked over at his friend Andrew. "Now,moĭ drug you care to tell me what happened to your eye?" He grinned, blowing out some smoke. He was quite amused, he knew damn well why he friend looked the way he did, but he wanted to know the full story. "I sure hope the other guy looks worse than you."

Eden grinned when she stepped into the Speakeasy, it was surprisingly easy to get in. She just had to flash a little leg and the man opened the door faster than you could say jackrabbit. She gripped onto her best friends on. "Oh Al, this is amazing." The music was great. And the room was in a haze from all the cigarette smoke, but it made it seem like it was all some crazy dream.

Wilhelm raised an eyebrow at his friends sudden reaction. He tried to follow his gaze and saw two girls standing near the entrance, one with dark waves looking excited and talking to her fair haired friend. He looked over at his frien. "See something you like?" he said making his accent heavier jokingly. He leaned back in his seat and blew out the smoke in little rings, amusing himself. "I bet they just snuck out. They probably know nothing about the life."

Eden rolled her blue eyes and looked over at her friend. "Don't be a wet blanket." She said already dragging her friend away. "The doorman will think us weird if we walk in only to walk out again." She looked around for a moment. "Plus, you haven't gotten anything to drink yet." She grinned micheviously dragging her friend towards the bar.

She sat herself down on the velvet covered stool nd motioned to the bartender. "Dirty martini." she said before looking at her friend. "Do you want something to drink Althia?" Her voice in mock sweetness. She was enjoying the look of pure horror on her friends face. A mean part of her wondered if she could horrify her friend enough so that's she'd cry or something.

She felt a bodt lean on the table next to her and she looked over her shoulder at an older man. "Can I get you a drink little lady?" he grinned, he had a southern ccent and from the way he carried himself you could tell he thought he ws god's gift to women. She looked over at her friend and made a gaging face. "No thanks." She said cooly keeping her back to him.

"No come on darling." He persisted, causing Eden to roll her eyes. "C'mon you don't want to be rude now."

Eden's eyes went a little wide, and she glanced at her friend. SUddenly wishing they had left. "Look, I'm fine. You don't need to get me anything."

Wilhelm grinned but then raised n eyebrow once more when he friend suddenly got up an left. Wil himself hadn't noticed the women go to the bar. But now it seemed a man was there bothering them, the dark haired one was trying to get him to leave and it seemed as though Andrew was going to save the day.

Eden rolled her eyes as the man spoke again. Didn't this man get it? She wanted him to leave. She looked over Althia who looked as if she was about to cry.

She wasn't going to take this garbage. She would sock this guy in the face if she had to. She turned her whole body to face him now. "Listen here-"

She ws cut off by a new man who had come up behind the southern one. His eyes were hidden underneath his hat and he didn't look at the two of them. She then heard her friend whisper behind her, but before she could respond the southern man spoke again. "No, me and little creature were only getting aquainted. Ain't the right doll?" he said trying to slip an arm around her though she quickly slapped it away. "Don't touch me." She said.

"There's no problem here boy, run along now." The southern man said his voice clipped. He was getting upset now.

Wilhelm saw the situtation was escalting. He motioned to the bouncer from earlier and the two of them were about to make their way to the two men.

((Lol. I'd be freaked too. Just I'd probably be sitting there waiting for my friends to finish their garbage. I would also probably punch a weird guy if he was hitting one XP))

A smile spread cross Eden's fce when she saw the new man fist mke contact with his face. But then her smile faltered slightly, wishing that she had punched that man instead.

The man was taken aback when the boy had punched. He hadn't expected that. He rubbbed his jaw tenderly. "Oh you shouldn't have done that boy." He growled before launching at the younger kid.

Eden's hand flew to her mouth to cover the scream that wanted to come out. She looked over at the bartender. "Give me that bottle." She said, she was gonna hit the sucker over the head. Though that was the plan, but the man wouldn't give her the bottle.

This was to much. Wilhelm motioned to his men who quickly pried the two men apart. They Realised Andrew fairly quickly before Wilhelm walked up. "You have a problem. Take it outside." He said, his blue-green eyes glaring at the two men. Sure Andrew was his friend, but he did not tolerate fighting.

He looked over at the otherman before looking over the men holding him. "Vozʹmite yego v peryeulok." he commanded, glaring at the man as his men dragged him away. He grabbed him by the collar before glaring into his eyes before dropping his voice low, his accent thick. "Make trouble in my bar again, and that pretty head won't attached to that body."

The man's face paled and the two men dragged him to a door Eden didn't noticed in the back. She looked over at the two men, they were both good looking. And there was something about the Russian man, his eyes were two different colours. Both blue and green, she had never seen anything like it before, there was also that dangerous look. He turned his face back to the two women. "You girl's okay?" He asked though he was looking more at the blond one who looked like she wanted to cry.

Eden nodded quickly at the man with the accent. This must have been the owner her friends were talking about. He was good looking yes, though at this moment she was more scared than anything. She opened her mouth to answer and was surprised that her friend had even spoken, much less answered. She turned slightly when he friend grabbed her arm. Though it didn't seem as though the man was ready for them to leave seeing as he stepped sideways, slightly blocking their path.

"Eden?" He repeted. "Ochenʹ krasivo." He looked over at his friend Andrew. "Very pretty name right Andrew?"

He turned his odd eyes back to the two girls. "Now little girl. HAve you anything to say?"

Eden's eyes seemed blank for a moment before she nodded slightly and looked over at the man that was going to fight the guy off for her. "Thank you." She said. "I kinda wished I had hit him myself though."

Wilhelm chuckled slightly at that and looked at Andrew. "Now would you look at that. This girl has some fire." He grinned back at the two girls moving to the side of Althia as he motioned the bartender back over. "Your drinks are on the house now."

Eden shook her head. "Oh no, we really couldn't..." Though the look in his eyes told her that no wasn't an option. When the man who owned the place offered you a drink, you took it. She nodded and he grinned. "Khorosho." He said. "Pour these ladies another drink."

The bartender nodded and started to get the alcohol. Wilhelm smiled at the dark haired one, Eden before looking down at the blond one. "Enjoy yourselves." He said, though the last thing he was directed at Althia and he rested a hand on her back. "Smile, you wouldn't want me to think you don't like my place."

He moved past the two girls and headed towards the door where the man had been dragged off. "I have buisness to attend to moi krasotki." He said to the women before nodding at Andrew once.

Eden nodded awkwardly when he said that in his husky voice. She felt butterflies in her stomach for a moment before shooting an annoyed glance at Althia. Why'd she have to call her out by name. She would have felt a million times better if the man didn't know her name and that she was just another flapper. But no, eventually he'd open a newpaper and see her smiling face. Eden Avery, heir to her familys buisness.

She drank down her martini, trying not to cough on the burning liquid. She had drank before, her father had given her enough til she was off her rocker. Dancing around the house, singing at the top of her lungs, he thought it was hilarious. Though when her mother showed and saw her in that state she was sure she spanked the man.

She gulped down the rest of her drink. She looked back over at the other man who had stayed, her knight in a nice suit. "Well thanks again for you know," she shrugged and her blue eyes wandered to the back door, wondering what types of horrors were being unleashed on the southern man. "But we'd best be going." She smiled at him once more before grabbing her friends arm and tugging her towards this entrance.

This was just dandy. Here she was running away from an amazingly good looking guy. Her whole mysterious thing she had planned on going with was shot out the window. He knew her name, but she had no idea who he was, though that probably didn't matter. She now wasn't sure if she wanted to come back.

When she reached outside she hurried to the car. "Why'd you tell them my name Al?" she said slamming the car door once she was behind the drivers seat.

((Hope you mind I cut that short too, I was begining to feel bad and Althia XD))

Eden shook her head and kept her eyes on the road. "I'm not a flapper." she muttered under her breath. SHe couldn't be a flapper, they were fearless. Honestly, the russian man scared the living daylights out of her. He was so commanding, and he had a demenor that told you not to mess with him.

But in a way her friend was partly right. Most men didn't care about the names of the girls they went out with, they only wanted one thing and one thing only. Though she still would have felt fifteen times better if the man didn't know who she was. She knew she was thinking horribly but what if he opened the newspaper to the society pages and saw the two of them, they could always try to take their money but threatening to tell their parents. My mother would kill me, Eden thought hopelessly as she pulled up into the driveway.

"Hope you don't mind sleeping over."

She climbed out of the car and closed the door lightly before hurrying up to the door. She opened it quickly and dropped the keys into the bowl by the door. She slipped off her shoes and hurried up the stairs to her room.

She dropped herself onto her bed and stared up at the ceiling. "I can't believe we actually just did that." She said after her friend came into her room.

Eden nodded and pulled the bobby pins from her hair nad allowing the waves to fall to her shoulders. She ran a hand through her hair.

"Those men were nice though." She shrugged, wondering how her friend would respond to that. Probably something that would cause Eden to roll her eyes and end the conversation. "Really good looking too." she added, just to see what reaction her friend would have to that. She might as well get out of the way because she knew there'd be no talking about it tomorrow.
