Eden shrugged, hiding the smug smile when she realized she had her friend attention now. "Doesn't matter, still a new expirience." She said putting some of the potatoes in her mouth. She swallowed slowly and thought about the teacher. She was a younge woman, nd Eden wouldn't be surprised if the woman herself went to the speakeasies.

"It's not like she discourges it." she sighed poking her food some more. "She'd probably wouldn't mind if it was a topic for an essay. She always encourages us to write about our, expiriences."

A wide grin spread across Eden's fce. She knew that would work. She jumped up and clasped her hands. "Amazing Al. I'm sure Miss would love your paper as you condemn the dens of sin." She said using the name that most high class people called it.

"New expirience, think of it that way." she grinnen. Shoveling the rest of her food into her mouth. "It'll be fun Al, I bet you anything."

"Oh dont be a wet blanket." Eden said frowning Slightly as she handed her plate to the maid. This ws going to be great, she had her right where she wanted her.

"Come here." Eden grinned stepping away from the table. "Jaqueline, Althia is staying over tonight." She clled to the woman. "Also feel free to finish up."

She grabbed her friends hand hand pulled her out of the room nd towards the lrge winding stair case. She all but dragged her friend up into her room, where the record was done and spinning around idly. She moved to her dresser and pulled out a green dress with golden beading and a matching headband. "See I got this here specially for you." She said giving it to her friend.

"Thats the point." Eden said laying the dress down on the edge of her bed. She rubbed the beck of her neck awardly as she thought about her friends question.

"Uh, it was a gift." she lied quickly looking away from the dress. She quickly hurried back to her dresser and pulled out a pair of black high heeled shoes. "You get these too." she said.

I swallowed nervously. 

"Well thats the point!" Eden exclaimed moving and pulling out her own white, fringed dress. Her's was considerably shorter than her friend's. She also had white shoes to match.

"Just don't pay them attention." She said laying her own dress down and contemplated jewerly. She moved over to her jewerly box and pulled out a string of pearls. She looked at them for a minute before putting the record back on. She looked over at her friend she could tell she liked the dress.

"Look Al, It'll be fun. If its not you dont have to come with me again."

Eden smiled slightly and shook her head. "Aww come on Ally. Just ignore them. It's not that hard." she said moving next to her friend. "It's like ignoring those dumb dora's in class, or the rumours."

She moved away and checked the time. She moved over to the record player and quickly shut the music off. Her parents would were nowing coming home, she could hear her mothers drunken laughter. Sure they seemed all against alcohol and for the Prohibition but her parents loved alcohol and when they could they would drink themselves into a stupor.

Eden rolled her eyes. "Hold on a sec." She said as she walked over and turned off the lights for a moment as she heard her parents laugh s they walked up the stairs to their room. She waited a few moments before turning the light on again. "Alright, show time Al." I'll go put my dress on in the closet, hurry up and put yours on." She grabbed her clothes and went into the big walk in closet.

Eden grinned when she heard her friend speak to her through the door. She chuckled pulled the dress over her head. She shimmied it down and put the pearl necklace around her neck. She took a deep breath before stepping out and smiling at her friend in the dress. 

"Aww Al, you look amazing." She smiled looking at her friend. "We are gonna knock them dead." she grinned as she checked herself inthe mirror twirling slightly as she watched the fringe fly up. "We have to do something with the hair." she pouted looking in the mirror. "And makeup." 

She hurried away and opened her vanity and pulled out some lipstick and Kolh eyeliner. She sat down and quickly put the vamp red lipstick on her lips before reaching down and pulpit out another stick. "Here Althia." she said tossing her friend the makeup. She then proceeded to putting on the eyeliner making sure not to apply it too thickly. She turned and grinned at her friend. "Do I look like a flapper or what?"

Eden shook her head vigorsly and shrugged off her friends hand. "Yeah right." She said. Noticing how uncomfortable her friend was she shook her head. "You want some stockings?" She asked.

She moved to her dresser and pulled out a pair of nude stockings and tossed them at her friend. "Now don't be a wet blanket, lets go." She waiting for her friend for a moment before picking up her shoes and peeking out her door.

She peered up the hallway and motioned to her friend before sneaking up the hallways wooden floor and down the stairs. She chewed on her cheek and grabbed the car keys from the bowl near the door. She looked over at Althia and jingled them before slipping out the door. She sucked in a breath when she felt the cold, she really should hve grabbed a jacket but she didn't want to back inside the house.

She hurried over the black Lincoln. "C'mon Al." She grinned closing the car door.

The stockings were a better touch, but this still was all gross, wrong and... Horrific. I shivered at what I was doing as I slipped the stockings on. I could always get out of this. Get dressed, thank Eden for the meal, and run home to my safe room. But, I couldn't...

Eden didn't say anything but grinned at her friend before starting up the car. "Let do this!" she exclaimed pulling the car into reverse. Not bothering to tell her friend she had only driven about five time before.

"Spesh*te, u nas net vesʹ denʹ!"

A man in a tailored suit yelled at the people arranging stuff around him. He shook his head and headed over to the bar table and sat down placing an expensive cigar between his lips. The had to open in twenty minute and they hadn't even finished setting up, not to mention he had a meeting tonight.

"You look like you could use a drink Wil." Came a voice from behind the counter. Wilhelm looked up towards the bartender. The man had already placed a glass down and was already opened up a bottle of vodka. Wil nodded and allowed to fill the glass up. The moment he raised the glass to his lips, someone knocked something over on the stage. Apoligizing, Wil shot the man a look and shook his head glaring. "Chto idioty." He muttered before drinking down the clear liquid. He enjoyed the rush of the burn down his throat and turned back around, signaled for the bartender to fill him back up again. "I swear these people." He spoke finally in english, his voice slightly accented.

He turned his eyes back to the stage. They would be the first thing you ever noticed about him. He had central heterochromia, so his eyes were a dark green at the center and blue around the edges.

His eyes followed the flapper girl who had just walked onto the stage, alerady bossing the men around. A small smiled tugged at his lips and she squinted past the lights of the stage at him and grinned. "My russian sweetheart!" She called over to him. He nodded and drank down some more vodka before speaking to her. "Privet, dorogaya. Come, sing for me, moĭ golubʹ" He grinned, taking a pull of the cigar. The girl nodded and motioned to the band behind her. Soon the sound of blues filled the empty speakeasy.
