Zaylek frowned, "I gave it to her because she needed it. Those soldiers probably caught her stealing, but they shouldn't have messed with her. And if you don't remember... I was that kid for a while. My entire family was dead, except for my sister, who I couldn't find. I had to steal to live, Allira! That girl has to do the same. She needs someone to help her, just like you helped me. I would probably be dead if I hadn't met you. I would have continued stealing and eventually been caught... or when I was running from one place to the next, the fire nation soldiers might have caught me. You saw past that and helped me to live, now I can protect you. All people need is a little encouragement, and they can be great. And everyone deserves help if they need it. When you first met me, you didn't know I was the avatar... but you still helped. For all I know, that girl could be the future queen of the whole world! Don't ask me to be sorry for giving her the money, because I won't. We have enough money, we could spare a few dollars." Zaylek was talking quietly, but felt like yelling. He rubbed his head and looked over, he saw the old lady smiling at him and she winked. He smiled back and then turned to Allira again.

Zaylek sighed, "So tempermental!" A few people looked at him and he just said, "What!?!" And then he stormed out. He walked back to the hotel and got into their room. He saw her crying on the bed. He went over and sat by her. "I'm sorry. It's just that the girl reminds me so much of myself." He hugged her. "Please don't be mad." he whispered. "You know that I think you're the greatest person on earth." He smiled at her, hoping she would forgive him. He decided that now would be the time to talk about their kiss. "Now, about what happened outside the city... I'm sorry if it upset you. I didn't mean to... I just needed to know for sure what you thought about me. I do now." He frowned. He didn't really believe what the old lady had said to him about how she felt. He thought that she just like him as a friend... nothing else.

Allira imediatly went to bed feelling sad and still crying. rnrnThe next morning Allira woke up super early. She didn't get up she just layed there thinking about the night before until Zaylek woke up.

Zaylek woke Allira up, and said "I have to go to work. Stop by? I need to talk to you about what happened outside the gates."

Ok I will. So when Zaylek left Allira started to get ready to go to the tea shop. A few minutes later she walked into the tea shop ready to talk about what happened outside the gates.

Zaylek saw Aria and called her over. Once she had sat down, he sat down across from her. He sat there for a minute, thinking of what to say. After a few minutes he said, "I know I probably freaked you out... but I didn't mean to. I have liked you for quite a while, and I wanted to see how you felt about me. Now I know..." He frowned, blinking back tears. He said, "If you want to forget all about it, we can. It's not worth our friendship. I'm sorry."

After a minute Allira replied "I was kinda glad you did that because............ I've liked you for quite a while too. I just haven't had the guts to say it but now I do because you feel the same way about me and I know that. I don't want to forget about the kiss because... well, it meant something to me.rn

Zaylek smiled and the tears that were in his eyes disappeared. "Really? You have no idea how happy I am. I didn't want to forget it either... he got up and went over to her. He hugged her and then pulled back. She was still in his arms and he kissed her. When the kiss was over he smiled at her, higged her again, and then whispered in her ear, "I'll be done here in 5 hours." He handed her some money. "Go shopping, buy yourself something." He let her go finally and went back to the counter.

Allira went walking around town looking for some shops. Finally after 10 minutes of looking she finally found a clothing store and decieded to go inside. When she was in the store she found an outfit that she really liked. So she bought it. But then while she was walking something caught her eye in the store. It was an outfit that she thoght zaylek would like. So she went and bought that outfit for Zaylek. After that she decieded to go back to the hotel. She decieded to keep the outfit a secret until Zaylek got back to the hotel. So she hid the outfit just in case. A few minutes later Zaylek came back to the hotel. rn

Zaylek walked into the hotel and layed down on the bed. Allira was sitting next to him and he said, "I made a lot of money today." he paused, not sure how she was going to take this next part, "We also need to get a house. We can't just live in a hotel forever. My boss said he would loan me some money to buy it if I found one... he never said that before he saw you though." He laughed a little. When the old man saw her, he had thought that Zaylek was trying to raise enough money to support her. And when Zaylek had told him that they were just friends, he had believed him... but, when he saw them kiss, he had told Zaylek that he would loan him money. "My boss said I have the day off tommorrow. He also said to shop for a house during that him." Zaylek smiled, "So... tomorrow you and I are going to buy a house."

"Ok but first I want to give you this". Said Allira. So then she went to the place where she had hidden the outfit and pulled it out. Then she walked over to Zaylek and gave it to him. Then she said "I bought you this at the clothing store with the money you gave me. But, I also bought an outfit for me." She said. A few minutes later Allira got up and went out to go get some dinner for the two of them. So then she went out to town and went looking for a store in Ba Sing Se. She finally found one and decieded to get some tea and rice. So then she went to the cash register and paid for the food. After that she went back to the hotel and cooked them the dinner and then they ate. While they were eating Allira asked "So how was work today"?

Zaylek said, "It was good, I made a lot of money." He pulled out 120 dollars and set it on the table. "Thanks for the outfit, I'll wear it tomorrow." He got up to go get dinner. When he had his plate ready and he sat down he said, "About the houses, they're cheeper here. Only 200-300 for a cheep one. Or 500-600 for a nice one. My boss said he wants us to get a nice one.He's such a... boss. Even in my personal life, but he's really nice. Anyway, i'll be able to pay him back within a week." Zaylek finished eating and was very tired. "Well, I'm gonna go to bed." He kissed her quickly. "Goodnight," he said, laying down on the floor.

"Goodnight" replied Allira. After Zaylek was in his bed Allira started cleaning up from dinner. She washed the dishes and wiped down the table. After that she got ready for bed and went to sleep. The next morning Allira woke up really late. After she had layed in bed for a few minutes she woke Zaylek up. The first thing she had said was that she got no sleep at all because of the storm last night. She was exsausted and didn't want to look for houses today.

Zaylek climbed up into the bed and said, "Thanks." He quickly fell asleep. A few hours later, he woke up and got ready for the day, wearing the outfit Allira had gotten him. He woke her up and she got ready also. They went outside and he said, "My boss said that there were a few houses for sale over here." He pointed down a street. They walked and eventually cam upon a group of 3 houses that were for sale. He looked at one and knew that it wouldn't work. One of the two remaining houses was brownish tan with a lot of trees. The other was white and had a big front yard. He went to the brownish house first and went inside. It had cream colored furniture and it was pretty big. The back yard had a small waterfall and pond, it also had a lot of trees. "This is the one, it reminds me of home." By home he was reffering to their place in the woods. He went back inside and found a paper that said it was 5oo dollars. "It's a good price too. What do you think?" he said, giving her a kiss.

It's very nice and has a nice outdoor place in the backyard. It also reminds me of the woods we use to live at. She tried to bl

"Me too," he said, hugging her. "We'll buy it." We walked out of the house, holdingher hand and walked to the owners house, which was nearby. He knocked on the door and told the people he wanted to buy the house and handed them 500 dollars. They thanked him and gave him the keys. He was walking back to the hotel to get their stuff and he stopped at the tea shop. He found his boss and said, "We bought a house, thank you for the money. I'll pay you back soon." The man said, "Your welcome." With that they left and grabbed their stuff from the hotel, checked out, and walked back to their new house. It wasn't very far away from the tea shop, so that was good. They put all of their stuff away and then Zaylek put his arm around Allira. "Welcome home."

Yup, I can't wait to get the feel of our new home in Ba Sing Se. Said Allira. Allira wanted to get a better look at Ba Sing Se. So she went just wandering around looking at the big city. When suddenly she heard a loud noise. She ran over to where the noise was coming from and saw that a troup of fire nation soldiers were destroying houses that were in the south. But that was good for Allira and Zaylek because they lived north. But that wasn't so good for other people. So Allira went to go get Zaylek but she got stopped by one of the fire nation soldiers. So she started water bending herself out of the situation. She froze the fire nation soldiers feet to the ground and ran after Zaylek for help.
