I think that two added features would make rmailing so much better and easier. I find it so frustrating when I am going to try and find a certain conversation that has old name searches or important information in them, and I have to go though 100 plus pages to find a certain rmail.

 The first thing is that I'd love a way of editing rmails. Before the other user reads the rmail, we should have the chance to add something, or edit it in any way. I find that a lot of times I forget to add something and remember what it was after I already sent the rmail. A few users were concerned with the deleting of evidence, but the staff could have an option to view the edit history when it is necessary. (thanks Salt for your great idea c;)

The second thing is more connected to finding certain rmails. Maybe some type of search for keywords or usernames, that would make it so much easier for us if we need to find certain conversations, or important deals that we need to refer to.

I feel like this would help out so many people, and would love to have some feature added like this. Thank you so much for any input/consideration! c:

Support for both! I'd love the second one especially, I have Rmails dating back to 2009 and it's irritating to find one among the hundreds. I know we have categories but sometimes just wanting to find an Rmail made by a certain user isn't worth making a whole category for. ^^;

So yep. Support!

Rmail is a kind of evidence too. When people steal items/pets after making agreements to other users staff can go back and look at what they said. If you're allowed to change what you said that could be a problem.

But I've also had this thought before.

I don't know if I'm for it or against it, but I'd like to see where this goes.

But they can only edit the rmail before the other user reads it, after it is opened, they won't be able to do anything. And we can edit our posts on the forums, deals happen there too, so someone can do the same thing anytime they want, but in the rmails, they only can do it before the rmail is opened, so it wouldn't really be helpful to them if they want to hide something, as they already made the deal and the rmail is read. c:

But thank you so much you two!

Going back on Lady's point, it could be a problem when Staff are looking back for evidence, as such. Even before the Rmail is read, which could be days, the user could still edit that point about a stolen pet out, and no one will ever know, resulting in Abusing a glitch.

I love the other point though! I always happen to clean out my inbox because I just can't be bothered sorting through them xD

When you edit the rmail the original doesn't have to just disappear.
Like when you edit posts on fb and there's a view edit history?
But reserve viewing of it for staff and only when there's a need to investigate.

Full support for both.

I think that was the missing piece, if the staff can have the option of viewing the edit history, that it would eliminate the concerns that users were having, no way of hiding anything then. Thanks for sharing your idea, I love it!

And thanks for the support <3
