make user mistakes a little less. Support?

Support. It saddens me to see users losing pets they dearly love over a simple mistake such as this >.<

We all can make mistakes and its especially hard to correct them and get the pet back if the user is inactive.

Yes, Headache speaks that truth. T.T It was a mistake, everything would be fine if we had the confirmation. Staff cant undo user mistakes.
