Eerm, sista came and got me. I randomly edited this roditore into a cyborg a while back. It sucks, but... eerp.

Wow, this sounds pretty epic. Like, an RSTU001 mixed in with a regular Creatu. Maybe it could work the same way, with frames? Or maybe it eats a lump of metal and turns into cyborg?
-sigh- Idk. My ideas seem a bit lazy. But how should a cyborg be obtained, is my pondering question. Maybe you could combine an egg with metal (giving a metal w/ original colors looking egg), and it was because of being in the junkyard too long? And it hatches, being a strange mixture of machine and Creatu. Yet lovable. 0____0

i was think along the lines of some kind of thinggy that gives the eggs a quick electric shock, or as you said combines the egg with metal. this could be expensive for users tho :/ Which is the big dilemma because i want very one to have the chance to get one, not just the rich :P (like mutants)
i love the idea about the creatu eating a metal ''lump/bean/pill'' or it can be a little computer chip! i think this will be less expensive than buying a big zappy machine thing for the eggs too.

Ty is against the pill, as it would make it more like the DKs- i.e. something for the rich- something she believes we have enough of. Perhaps there could be something like it was a different egg, but... not really. Let's say you find a thousand eggs, about fifty of them would have some simple- very simple- chip inserted in them? Even then, being a 'hybrid', it would have a high mortality rate because of being unnatural. Let's say that, out of that five percent of eggs that are cyborgs, you then have perhaps a seventy-five percent chance of failure even when fresh? This way, it would keep the cyborgs rare. Or maybe the cyborgs eggs could be even rarer, as low as one percent. Actually, looking over that,, it seems over-complicated and stupid. Meh. Too lazy to edit.
Well now. I should... Probably put something intelligent here. At some point. Eventually.

lol i understand... i think :) if 50 eggs get the chip in it might be hard for some users to be able to hatch them before they go old and then the chances will drop from not very likely to 'pufft in your wildest dreams'' (< basically none) may be it can be some kind of event? like kir did something and now there's a chance of picking up cyborg eggs ( or hatching a cyborg?)
lol i should have worked out the finer points to this idea :0

Those are pretty cool, but it's not exactly what I have in mind when I think "cyborg". Like on those, it's more like er, I'll go with "electronic" for lack of a better word. o__o And the entire body is that way, I imagine the cyborgs would have one or two limbs, a wing, a tail, a part of the face, etc. that would be metal and robotic and whatnot. And in my mind it looks more mechanical-like, like it probably wouldn't have the circuit board shapes all over and they wouldn't be breaking into pixels. xD |

Hm, some more ideas on how Creatu should turn Cyborg:
A R-Ray zap gone wrong? The Creatu is zapped, but something happened! It malfunctioned! Your Creatu is now Cyborg.
Robot Spaceship -pokerface- comes into Rescreatu from Uldavi. They try to overtake our world, inplanting chips into our Creatus, turning them Cyborg. Or maybe they brought the Cyborgs themselves.
Electronic Collar: while on, your Creatu is Cyborg. When taken off, your Creatu is normal once again.
Just a few ideas, nothing exceptional. ^^
