Oh my my pets are gone D: It says NA, but I can see them when I try to put them in my showroom.
Try logging out and logging in again...sounds like a possible cookie issue in your browser.

I know that it's been stated twice already that the problem with the flash games is a problem with the browser, but I'm just curious as to what changed between v2 and v3 to make it a problem, since it was working fine before. Maybe if we know what changed, it will be easier to fix our browsers?

When I try to click on the See pet details on the side to send a pet nothing comes up except the exit sign (red cicle with x in it) As for my pets begin gone I've already tried logging in and out and the problems still there. I'm also having trouble accesing my avatar's clothing (I already tried the repair button several times). I can't seem to find the wings that I'm wearing in my inventory.

This issue has been reported. If you are able to use Google Chrome as your browser, you can avoid this problem until it is fixed completely. |

When I go to my inventory, the first page comes up fine. However if I go to 2nd or any other page, it comes up blank. If I try to search for item name it comes up blank too. So practically I cannot access/use any items that are not on the first page of my inventory. I use IE.
Also is there any chance that we will have an option to stay logged in in the future? It is so annoying that I have to log in every time I close and reopen the window. I'd love to stay logged in on my computer. Thanks.
The login issue was fixed yesterday - if you are still experiencing problems, please update this and let us know, but also check your browser's cookie settings.
The inventory issue has been reported. You can avoid this temporarily by using Google Chrome. |

I don't know if it's just me.. But I can't post a blog.Keeps showing me "Error: Page Not Found" With a gray background and gray Rescreatu logo with white outlining.
What browser are you using?

I can't use my Natural Colored Jelly beans . . . :( Every pet I choose, it says "Sorry, the Natural Colored Jelly Bean cannot be used on this creatu species", even when I try to use it on a normal species, like a Valabex. :(

=/ My avatars bald. And I can't fix it. When I View her in the change avatar area, she has hair. But everywhere else, she's bald.
This issue along with all HA-related issues have been reported and are being worked on. |

I cant buy things from the clothes emporium, it just says: ERROR This item does not exist!
Does this happen when trying to purchase from the first page, or subsequent pages? (2, 3, 4 etc)
Yes, it does it with everything in the emporium, it says the exact same thing with every item

Its happening still, and happens with every item in the shop. So, yes it happens with every page in the emporium

When you go on the Chat History, You cant really see the text. It looks like it's been cut off by from the side so only like the last letters show. Mabey because it's not aligned or something...? :) And you can click on the general location of where the text is suppost to be and it showes you your history, but it's like a hidden link xD I don't know if it's like a glitch or something, put it's pretty freaky :)
Could you take a screenshot and post the link to the image here please?

I just started to create a selling thread not too long ago.While I was hoping to go back and edit my post, it wouldn't let me.I tried and tried over and over again, but it still wouldn't let me.Also, when I tried posting the pictures of my creatu for sell on the next post, it wouldn't let me like it usually does. It still won't let me do either one of these things at all and I have no idea why.
Please be more specific and explain what happens when you try to do these things.

And also, when I wana post a new post on a thread, I don't have a choice of colors, only black and I can't center it, underline it, bold it, etc. :c Unless we don't have that option anymore.
Your color choices are available by clicking the palette icon up top; it is the 2nd to last icon. Before it is the broken chain image, and after it is the image of paper and a paintbrush.

I'm sorry if this has already been reported, but I can't change the information in my Rancher shop. When I try to change the name of it, or the deion, and his 'Edit', the page refreshes, and everything is the same. The same goes for categories. When I try to rename a category or delete it, the page will just refresh and everything is the same, as well as when I try to put a creatu into a different category.
This issue has been reported. You can get around it for now by using Google Chrome as your browser.

I've been having problems with my HA. I dunno if this has been reported, but when i click on a clothing item to add onto my avvie the 'apply' and 'ok' buttons are hidden under the chatbar. I minimized the chat bar and the boxes don't move, but i can reach the buttons. Also when I try and edit the base color and the eyes and hair and stuff it doesn't save. I hit save and then ok on the popup but it doesn't do anything. I hard refreshed and repaired and it didn't do anything. I dunno if its my comp, but my chrome browser and flash are up to date I'm updating this dumb java thing because it keep bugging me, if it does anything i'll be sure to edit it in here for people experiencing the same problem. |

When trying to dye pets, (It's only happened so far with my orchid dye kit) It says the pet isn't available in that color, when it IS available in that color.

So, I've already posted about how I can't apply other clothes to my HA, but I just figured out that I can't change my avatars features either.
I mean, whenever I change her hair, mouth, and eyes and click save, it saves the looks on the HA editor, but not on my display one. So I changed the hair to dark blonde, eyes to green, and mouth, to, well, a different mouth, and it saved on the HA editor, but not on the actual HA that you can see.
