I can edit my Profile, Merchant Shop and Gallery, but not my Show Room. (Referring to the coding, not items/stock.) :)

I tried to hatch a READY Iluvu Egg and it told me I failed the hatch. :/ I am not pleased.

I opened Santas snack bag and Santa missing gift (forgot what was in those things) But this is the only thing it said: You have opened Santas Snack Bag and have found the following item: Back to Inventory You should still have the items from the sack in your inventory. There is an error with the "found item" notifications for openables, but they do appear to be giving out the items. |

When I try and put different clothing on my avatar, I cannot apply it because it's too far down [it was fixed before but, I think it's broken again].
And when I try and save my characteristics [eyes, nose, skin tone etc.], the save button works and all but when it refreshes it either goes to the 'default' or it goes back to what it was before.
This is being worked on.

When I try to view a category in someone else's showroom it tries to find that category in my own, instead of theirs.

I'm having a bit of a scrolling issue on the forums. I can use the keypad to move up and down on the index but once I click into a forum doing this only takes me to the very top or bottom of a page. I'm using firefox.
Just tested with Chrome and Firefox and had no issue scrolling with the keypad...this appears to be an issue from within your browser configuration.
Also, I'm not really sure if this is a glitch, but I haven't really seen anyone else who still has the old avatars aside from myself.
Avatars will be enabled for everyone eventually. |

I dont get tu from minigames! I know someone may have already bought it up, but it gets a bit annoying.
As stated before, this is not a glitch from within the site, but an issue with data authentication from within your browser. We can't fix the issue on your computer. |

In my inventory I would never know what it is I actually got..is that something that is going to be fixed [Yes, this will be fixed, it has been reported. Just tried to dye my skaldyr orchid. I know I had the correct creatu selected, but I got a message saying 'your pet is not available in this color' even though in the hatchery there is clearly an orchid skaldyr :/

I just started playing, and I'm unable to create a Showroom or Rancher Shop for myself. When I type a name and deion into the box for either of them and hit save, the name and deion boxes just empty out again. I don't get an error message or anything. I'm worried because I think you can only keep 10 pets in your profile, so once I've hatched/bought 10 I'll have nowhere to put the rest...? This is in the newest version of Firefox.
This has been reported; thanks for letting us know! For now, try using Google Chrome instead and you should be able to create the showroom and shop.
Edit: Yep, tried it with Chrome and it works! Thank you!
Also as you can see my avatar is naked and there's no way to move clothes from my inventory to my wardrobe, but that's already been well documented.

I've put hair onto my HA but when I post a message on forum the HA is bald! Thanks I can see my hair now!
I can see hair on your HA...if you are still seeing a bald HA, try doing a hard refresh - CTRL + F5 for a PC, Command + F5 for a Mac.

Wehn I click to veiw details on my profile pets all I get is a little red "x". I get that using IE but it seems to work fine in FF.
Also Food pen is not working.
The issue with IE has been reported.
As for the food pen, please give more details about how it isn't working.
Finally hatched my dream, Not sure on my next goal.

Okays so....I wanted a pet in auctions so I started to stalk it. It was
coming up to the ending time BUT I had to go to dinner so I sent my
friend (JaakuFan) who kindly said that he would bid for me. I got called to dinner early so I came back with like 5mins till the end so I bidded myself. Jaaku
then sent me back my 5mill that I sent him, But I didn't just get 5
mill I got 10mill as he sent it twice. Jaaku said (After I said that he
sent 10mill) that he didn't even have 5mill in the bank only the 5mill
that I sent him that he later put in his bank to then send back too me. So erm...I gained 5mill that Jaaku didn't even own and Jaakufan is now -10mill So err....yeah..glitch?
This issue has already been resolved. |

When I go on someone elses showroom and I click on a catergory I want to go on, it just goes straight to my own showroom! Why does it do that?

The link to Fire Quarters on Reilfem wasn't working the last time I used it. And in the Atqueen Forest, when I go to explore, it keeps taking me back to the Atqueen Forest when I hit 'explore again'. I don't know if that was the intention or not though.

The shop search at the top doesn't seem to work on the forums. When I try to do a shop search from anywhere else, it works just fine. If I try it on the forums it will just refresh the page.
Also, I'm not getting kicked out of the Black Market like I used to. There doesn't seem to be a limit.

Ack, I just noticed that when I try to filter by categories on other people's showrooms, it brings me to my showroom. I'm not sure if rancher shops or item galleries do this, but merchant shops are fine.
edit: I'm pretty sure it's just showrooms.
Another edit: Nevermind, I saw that issue was already talked to up there ^^

I'm unable in using the send pet feature, and when I try to edit forums it shows up in code.
Please give more detail about how you are not able to use the send pet feature. What is happening? |
