When I try to buy something, it won't allow me to [says Error, this item does not exist].
Is this happening in user shops, or NPC shops?
NPC shops, particularly the Fashion Galore shop.

I'm unable to search for a username! It says "Sorry, no results have been found! Please enter a search query above"
When I go to change my HA, I cannot see the "apply" button, so I cannot add anything! D:

When I try to change my HA, I can't see the 'apply' & 'ok' buttons! So I can't change my HA! This happens even when I hide the chat! D:

It won't let me delete rmail messages, my inbox is full, so I'm guessing I can't receive any either. I tried deleteing one at a time and all of them, neither worked. anyone else not be able to do this?

So far i've found that I can't purchase items from shops, it comes up with a little white box with no options in it.I can't multi delete messages however I can go and delete them one at a time by going into the message and deleting it.Also my partner uses Ipad and cannot view or access chatrooms or chat. :}
We are working on solving the problem with NPC shop purchases. Viewing chat has been disabled for iPad/iPhone - there may be technical issues, and this may be enabled at some point. The message deleting issue has been fixed.

In the stock transaction history, I can only see page 1 and not any other page. The "!" after the Alert on my profile doesn't go away even though there are no alerts left.
The stock issue has been reported. The alert issue has been fixed. |

The flash games don't give any tu after playing even tough they say check your alert. And all of the above for me as well.
This is not a glitch with the site; it is an authentication issue originating from within your browser. We are unable to do anything about this, unfortunately. You can try clearing your browser cache, and disabling any ad-blockers that may be interfering with transmission of game data. |

Everytime i try to buy clothes, it says ERROR this item does not exist! Even though there's still 3 or 4 in stock, and it's still there after the notice...

I put 27 Clam Meat in my Food Pen, and allthough I only owned 27 of it there are now 27 in my Food Pen AND in my Vault each.
Thanks for letting us know; this has been reported. This issue has now been fixed.

I have noticed you can't purchase items from the shops. The stocks are not working properly either. I mean they may be working fine but I do not believe they carried over correctly. I can't seem to access my library?
There was no recent transfer of stock info...the data has been on V3 for a while now, so it should be correct. All is good!
What is happening when you try to access your library? When I chose "Skill" under games and click on Library it takes me to an error page
For now, you can access your library via the Inventory. This issue has been reported. |

When I try to view anyones profile, including my respals it doesn't come up. Instead I just get a little red cross. Also I can't get the sb anymore.
Also how do you send pets to people without a trade as I can't seem to. Or was that just a rumor?
Edit* Also I have checked and the log out button either doesn't work or doesn't exsist on mine yet. I love playing on res and all but it does mess my computer up everytime I have to restart just to fully log out of something xD.
What browser are you using?
The default one that comes with the computer explorer. Or I was I'm using fire fox now. The log out problem has been fixed. But the rpofile viewing still seems to be an issue. It might be something to do with my end I will get back to you once I have tested what I think it might be. |

Dragontearz - Training will be back in about a month, same time battle room will be released. (At least, that's what I heard/read!)
Redrock - The yellow ! next to alerts is supposed to be fixed by now! c: boonys13 & Leosnake - To send a pet to another user, you don't have to click on "detailed pet infos", simply on the pet's picture. Then you'll be able to write the username & send! Leosnake - To access the chatroom, simply click the "start chatting" button in the bottom right of your screen. Then, click "chatrooms" and go to "main"! Also, for all those of you who are having problems with rmail inboxes, don't worry. I just realised that even though inbox is 100% full, you can still receive rmails. I just deleted all my rmails, one page at a time, and saw that I had at least 50 rmails over 100! c: Here is a V3 FAQ made by SuperBunnyFooFo, that may help answer some of your questions:

Also random tu didn't actually give my account any tu and the pearl quandry won't show up.
edit: I got the pearl quandary and after a while the tu showed up. Thanks!
Random TU does give your account tu - you just have to change pages before you can see the updated amount. As for the pearl quandry, what browser are you using? |

When I go into my library, it says 'Error: Page Not Found" and the Res. logo is under it.
Never mind, I can access it through inventory.

The Search feature isn't working. When I type in something [['egg' for instance]], it will just refresh my page.
