Rainicorn, it means that there is coding for the pet in the game, but it's not yet obtainable by any methods as far as we know. Looks awesome though, I can't wait!

i read through the information about them and this caught my eye

'Because they simply leave their eggs on the bottom of the Enchanted Springs until they hatch, an egg will occasionally float up to the surface where it can be found by a human or another Creatu'

- i have a feeling they can only be found via the enchanted springs, which might be why there 0% rarity (although there probably 0% because they haven't been released yet)
or may be im reading too much into it lol
