We've been best friends ever since we were little, and we've always had each other's backs...but I have a secret that I keep from him. I never let him know, and one night it almost came out.
A fire spread throughout his house and I didn't know what to do... I sat and watched as his parents died in front of me. I decided then, that it was all or nothing. So I saved him...but at a terrible price...
We ran away together and are now in our teen years. We've been living on our own for the past 10 years, here in the forests of Yellowstone. The place was abandoned long ago and now the wild animals roam it once more. I know how to hunt and keep us safe. I'm just afraid though that they will find me, and take me away from him...Maybe just maybe... NO. We've always been friends...but maybe it's true...

Personality: I'm naturally bubbly though i'm mostly quiet half the time. I don't mind people, but they annoy me most of the time and I like to hear the rain coming down. I love thunderstorms and my favorite color is blue. I was a good kid and still am, but i haven't had human contact except for my best friend in 10 years. My parents died sometime after I left. I have no brothers or sisters, and everything I knew before I left when I ran away. I never used to like people until I learned to love...but I learned to love him.

[Ok] Chase walked around the cabin they had built togather and looked out the enclosed half way open window. He smirked and grabbed his gun and spotted a deer, about an 8 point buck. He shot it and ran out and drugg it to the skining post he had set up out back. He tied it up and started skinning it. {Is that okey?}

Emily sat on a rock which overlooked the entire forest and mountains. She felt at peace with everything when she looked out at everything that she roamed. She would go to this rock and sit for hours on end, thinking, just wishing that things would fix themselves. Emily always ran into wild animals out here, but they never hurt her. She's seen a few wolves, but she always kept her distance from them, and they never roamed in packs which was good for her and Chase. There was this one little wolf who looked pretty young, a timber wolf, who followed her around but was more curious than skeptical. Emily heard a gunshot and immediately transformed into her wolf form, which she kept a secret from Chase, for fear he wouldn't accept her anymore. She ran as fast as she could into she came to the clearing in front of the house and just before she landed in front of him she was human again. "Is everything OK?", she almost yelled.

He looked at her and nodded "Yeah, just got a buck!" she said with a smirk appearing on his face. She eyes rolled back to the buck and he began skinning again. "So, you hungry for some deer steak or deer jerky tonight?" he laughed. He untied the deer into a wheel and wheeled it to the fire pit. "And where have you been anyways?"

Emily rolled her eyes at him and her heartbeat finally dropped back to normal pace. She walked over to her tree, picked up a knife, and suddenly chucked it up into a tree. A small hawk fell from the sky and the knife inside it. "Still got it", she laughed. She finally acknowledged his question. "Somewhere that you'll never find out", she giggled lightly. She walked over to the bird and picked the knife out easily, picking the bird up and placing it in a storage space she kept her kills in. Even though she was madly in love with Chase, she kept her secrets from him. Se didn't want him to leave like everyone else around her did. She climbed up a small tree next to the house, and snatched an apple out of its limbs. It looked safe but secretly she sniffed them for safeness. She could smell 10 times better than Chase, so if something he killed, or something he picked was poisonous or bad, she would stop him from eating it.

He nodded "Okey then, I guess I'll just have to follow you." he joked. He went to a bush and picked some red berries thinking they were rasberry's. "So, what time did you get up this mornin anyway?" he asked. He had just gotten up about two hours ago. He leaned up against a tree and gazed at her with a smirk. He rubbed his eyes still a bit tirred.

She watched his moves as he walked over to a berry bush. She swiftly moved and knocked them out of his hand, and was already back in the tree. "Those aren't raspberries Chase, they're Petra berries", she growled. She knew he was still learning but has told him many times yet he still doesn't get it. Emily sat back on her branch and looked at him, grinning and answered him politely. "I get up with dawn to patrol the area for danger, while you sleep, sleepy-head", she giggled.

He smiled and shook his head. "Yeah.. Well, I guess" he sighed giving her a lazy grin. He shrugged and walked to the fire and started it up. "Bought time to eat dinner issent it?" he smiled and took out some pices of deer and stunk them onto the grilling stick and that onto the holders. "Slow roasted.. Yum.." he laughed a bit. He looked up to her and back and her. "Any good seasonings around here?" he laughed.

Emily watched him but then turned her head up into the sky. A full moon. She would be leaving him again tonight, but it's not like she had too. The freedom of running...running free without him following her. She looked over at the fire and hopped down, landing in a squat. She flipped her hair over her shoulder and then stood up. Her eyes changing from blue to yellow in the moonlight. "Yeah there's some parsley and lemon sprig over by my pile, but I already had some picked", she said throwing it onto the deer meat as it was spinning slowly on the rotisserie. She looked at Chase, and his eyes caught her attention. She loved how glistening his eyes were, and how much she loved him. She hated leaving him all alone but knew it was something she had to do.
