~ Kovu's Pride ~ ~ I really like The Lion King film., In fact, I watched 1 for the fourth and 2 for the fifth time just this morning. Yeah, it sounds crazy, doesn't it? Well, anyway, I decided to start an RP on it. ~Oooh, another one!~ ~ Plot So its like this..... Kovu and Kiara have been ruling the Pridelands well and wisely for a year now. Simba and Nala occasionally help in the administration of the kingdom, if ever neccessary. Zazu's still there, as usual, but Timon and Pumbaa have gone back to their own families, "Where they belong," as Simba says.
Today is the big day. Its the presentation of Kovu's and Kiara's three cubs. All is going well. Everyone is wondering who will be the next king and queen, but we won't know yet. But, in the Outlands, things are very much different. Zira's sister, Zhaine, has heard about her death, and thinks it's all Kiara's fault. She has two cubs too, and a pride of her own, although her mate, Con, died a few months ago. They have been banished from the Pridelands, like Zira was, and the penalty for returning to it is the same as before, a pound of flesh. Together, they vow to revenge on Kiara and her family, and they ain't kidding. ~ The story of Con Con was Mohatu's brother's successor, Zhaine's mate. He looked much like Mohatu himself, with a coat darker than Mufasa's, an even darker mane, and was very pridelanderish. His father was a loner lion, whose name's unknown, and his mother was on of the lionesses of the pridelands. Con's father met his mother when she and the other lionesses went hunting. She fell for him at first sight. However, she knew Mufasa would never let an unknown loner into the pride. He'd have to leave. So when they had two cubs, they were very worried. After a lot of thinking, they came to a decision: they would have to share the cubs in between them. Before that, they named the cubs 'Shahi' and 'Con' . Their father decided he'd keep Shahi, and their mother chose Con, though they never wanted to do this. Their father set off with Shahi, promising to visit someday. But alas, they never did. Con grew up around the pridelands, and no one but his mother knew of his existence. She visited him often, but didn't dare take him back with her, knowing he'd never be welcomed into the pride. However, he was found one day, and Mufasa's son, Simba was very angry indeed. He exiled him, threatening him not to return again. Con, by then, was a full grown male. Heartbroken, he left to the outlands, where he met Zhaine and fell in love with her, and soon, married. But Con was not satisfied yet. He wanted to know what became of his father and brother. So one day, he left to find them, promising his mate that he'd return soon. But he never did. Shahi, by then, had joined another pride. He was very angry about him and his father having to leave. He thought that it was because his mother found Con more special than himself, but of course, that wasn't true. One day, he bumped into his sibling, and decided that it was time to take revenge. He acted pleased to see him, gained his trust and after a few days, took him to the gorge- the same one in which Mufasa was killed. He told Con that their father died trying to defend him from other creatures, which was true. Shahi killed Con almost the same way Scar killed Mufasa. Con lost his balance on the edge of the gorge, and Shahi, seeing his chance, dug hisc claws into Con's paws and threw him into it, where he died. He thought he was unnoticed, but Simba had seen it all. He was out for a walk when it happened. Shahi, pleased with himself, returned to his own pride, ha[ppy that he had fulfilled one of his dreams. While Con was away, Zhaine had given birth to Zallion and Kalima, hoping he'd return to see them. But of course, he never did. Zhaine never knew he died, eve, nor did the cubs. She thought Con had dumped her, leaving her to take care of the cubs. She never trusted pridelanders, but Con had won her heart. And when the news of Zira being killed by a pridelander called Kiara, her marriage with Kovu, AND that her father Simba was the one who killed Scar reached her ears, she was angrier than ever and vowed to revenge on them all. Simba had decided to keep the story of Con top secret. He knew that if his cubs knew about it, they'd want Shahi killed. And his cubs would want to kill theirs, and the fight will never end. But for how long could he keep it all to himself? Someday, it'd be out, and it'd cause complete chaos. What would happen to them? But wait! That's another story. Now, we'll see if the pridelanders and outlanders will ever be one again, and live in peace. ~ Rules

Same for Zazu, but he's in much more frequently) ~ ~ Story So Far ~ The Presentation is over, and the three cubs, Ignition, Akari and Kalorii ran off to the borders, though Simba, their grandfather, and Kovu and Kiara, their parents, had warned them not to. Here, Akari meets Fang, an Outland cub, and Rage. Ignition bumps into Zallion, one of Zhaine's two cubs, who falls deeply in love with her, and vows to protect her no matter what. Zazu, who had somehow lost the cubs reports it to Simba that he saw Vitani and Convoy together in the Pridelands, and that the cubs got lost. Simba is furious, and calls his daughter, Kiara, and son-in-law, Kovu to help find them. He finds Akari, and they find Kalorii and Ignition. Simba warns Convoy and Fang not to step foot on the Pridelands again. Vitani, who is in love with Convoy, becomes an Outlander, to protect Zallion and Kalima from their mother, the very Zira-like Zhaine. After reaching Pride Rock, Simba talks to Akari about the Outlanders, and that she shouldn't have done what she did. Kalima is very angry at her brother, Zallion, and he suddenly gets an idea of the Pridelanders and Outlanders being one again, and makes a plan. Meanwhile, he acts as if he wants to destroy the Pridelanders, though he doesn't want to at all. Zhaine and the others make their own plans on how to overthrow the Pridelanders, and become the ruling pride. ~After a few years~ All the cubs have grown into young lions and lionesses. Vitani and Convoy have two young adult cubs now, Sahara and Bumble. Kismet, a young outland lion, has a crush on Kalima. Ignition and Akari went to the borders, which was considered off-limits for them. Siimba, annyed, came and took them away before Zallion could tell Ignition about the Outlanders' plans. Now, they're back at Pride Rock, wwith their parents. Meanwhile, Rage and Thor are killed and Fang scarred. Zallion iis with them, and Kalima and Kismet are on their way to them, too. ~I'll update this soon. Pridelander Name: Akari Gender: Female Age: A few hours Personality: She has Kiara's adventurous and caring personality, a bit of Simba's worrying, protective and stubborn ways, Kovu's determination and Nala's sensibility. She isn't shy, but not outgoing either. She has an attitude like happy-go-lucky and tomorrow-will-take-care-of-itself sometimes. Akari is helpful, but also laid back, but at times, she can be bounding with energy for anything. One day, he met Nala and Rafiki, who finally succeeded in persuading him to go back and fight for his kingdom and kingship, which Scar had taken over. In the end, he fought and killed him, and took his rightful place as king, with Timon, Pumbaa and Nala. Simba and she fell in love and soon after, mated. Age: 9 years
Personality: Some would say vicious, but those are the lions who do not know her. She is loyal and loving, a great aunt, but forever grieving the death of her brother Nuka. She doesn't blame Simba, her brother, or Kiara for his death, but her mother for pushing him to climb that unstable log pile. Why had she not loved him? Every now and then she goes stargazing with the Royal family. Simba told her that the great kings of the past are up there. But is Nuka there too? Maybe by his uncle's, the Great Mufasa,side? She wishes she had loved and been with Nuka more than she had, so in a way she blames herself for his death.

History (optional): Was born in the pridelands, but remembers little growing up there for Zira was soon exiled after Herself and Kovu's birth. Grew up, learning how to fight to kill, along side with Nuka and Kovu. Then Kovu met Kiara and showed her the true way of life. Now she lives trying to help her new pride, maybe find a mate and have her own cubs, and trying to be the best aunt she can to Kovu and Kiara's cubs. Family relations in the pride: Sister of Kovu, sister-in-law to Kiara, Niece of Simba and Nala, Aunt to Kovu and Kiara's cubs. Vitani, wishing Nuka was with her now.
