Normal User Posts: 169	Rescreatu is happy to host our first pumpkin carving contest. Grab your pumpkins and join in the fun! We will be judging your pumpkins in four categories. You do not have to choose a category - your pumpkins will be judged in all of them and the best score for each category wins. Categories Most Creative Most Intricate Most Intimidating Best Res-related Prizes 10 Million TU Trophy Everyone to participate will get a Forum Avatar and new Human Avatar item. Ends: November 1st at 11:59 pm All submissions are property of Rescreatu. Rules 1. Participants are to submit their entry to contests@rescreatu.com during the month of October with Pumpkin Carving as the subject. 2. Only one entry per player is allowed. Should more than one entry be submitted, only the first will count. 3. Participants must include their username (not real name) clearly in the photo. This cannot be edited in, but must be photographed along with the entry. 4. Collaborations are welcome, but a) They count as one submission for each user, and b) Both usernames must be included in the photo. 5. Props are welcome, but please remember that this is a Pumpkin Carving contest. 6. Multiple pumpkins in one entry are welcome as long as they are part of a whole and contribute to a single scene. Feel free to ask when in doubt! 7. Because usernames will be removed before judging takes place, we advise participants to keep their name separate from the pumpkin(s) in the photo. 8. Please take the best quality photo that you can, and include what your entry is supposed to be in your email, for clarification purposes. 9. Commercial stencils are not allowed, but the four provided by Rescreatu are welcome. More rules may be added as necessary. rn

Normal User Posts: 169	Questions and Answers Post any questions you may have about this contest in this thread. I will post all questions and there answers here so you guys can find them easier. Please make sure that the question you have has not been asked and answered already. Question: Do we have to carve a real pumpkin or can we draw one? Answer: You must use a real pumpkin. Question: Can we draw what we want on paper, then use that as a stencil? Answer: Yes, You are just not allowed to use commercial stencils. Question: What if I can't get a pumpkin :/ The only way pumpkins are sold here is in pieces. There's like no way I can get one ;( I can totally make a pumpkin and carve it, but I don't know if that would be allowed. Answer: You must use a real pumpkin. Question: If you draw a pumpkin or something creepy ( Not breaching rescreatu rules) can you get the item and avatar? I want to draw a creepy Jakuu or Ebillia to get it :( Answer: No, I am sorry this is a carving contest not a drawing contest. Question: After we carve it, is it okay if we get, say, a magic marker, and outline/decorate the pumpkin? Answer: Yes, this would be the same as using props. Question: Must the pumpkin be carved, or can it just be drawn on? Answer: Yes, your pumpkin must be carved. Question: Can we take multiple pictures of one pumpkin to show all of the sides, or only one picture? Answer: Please include as many pictures as you need for us to see everything you want to show on your pumpkin. All pictures must have the paper with your username and be in the same email. Question: Can i put a photo in from a few years ago, when i carved out my first pumpkin? Answer: Unless you had a something with your Rescreatu username in the same picture this would not be following the rules. Entries without your username or with usernames edited in will be disqualified. Question: Do you have to use real pumpkins, or can you use the carveable fake kind you can get a craft stores? Answer: You must use a real pumpkin. Question: Is the Human avatar item the item that unlocks the hidden avatar? Answer: No the human avatar item is an item for your HA that has not been released yet. The forum avatar will be added to your account by staff once the contest is over. Question: What do you mean by commercial stencils? Like store bought premade ones? Answer: Yes anything you can get on the market or internet weather you have to pay for it or not. If you didnt make it yourself, a friend didnt make it for you for this, or we didnt provide it dont use it. rn
