He's sort of a water dragon type thing. Maybe for Aquati. Anyways I hope you like him. Also, sorry the pic isn't colored. I'm kind of working on other stuff right now so all you get is this pen line art XD. If you want to color him, be my guest :)

It doesn't really look like a creatu. It just looks like a normal hippo with horns and a crocodile tail. I think further development of the design is in order. I would prefer if it looked less 'This plus this' (in this case hippo plus dragon) and more 'uhh... what animal is this?'.

It's a well made image, however there is little (if not no) 'design' there.

Thats probably there style of drawing, but maybe scries could draw more creatu like to show it can be a creatu. And I don't care what it is, its unique, unique makes it different. Its not just a plain hippo or dragon. Its both, you don't see that everyday.

Foxee, all I am saying is that there is plenty of room for improvement. Now, I looked at thedesign purely for it's design, not the way it's drawn. In my opinion, (sorry bro oAo) all that this design has going for it is how well the concept art is drawn. 

If you like anything that is unique merely because it is unique, I suppose the works of the Chapman Brothers and Damien Hirst are unique. I never regard 'unique-ness' as an automatic sign that something is good. But I'll let you be the judge of that. 

What I'm saying here is that it can keep the hippo+dragon idea, the design needs some work and I'd like to see a variant of how it could look before I support.

(oh yeah, and I could always be a total troll and put a poster of that hippodragon on my ceiling so I see it everyday when I wake up)

I don't understand what you meant or what a chapman brothers is. I think the thought counts, is all. The art may not be rescreatu style, but I could never draw like that. So to me the drawing is pretty good. I'm sorry if did something wrong...

I completely understand what Ping is saying but if you look at other creatu you'll find that they are not a completely different looking animal. The berrok looks like a bear with extra features,the Uilus looks like a mix of very obvious animals (cat body,rabbit tail,owl head,ram horns), the veram looks like a fox with wings and horns, the zenerix looks like a wolf, the murren looks like a sea turtle with extra features, the skaldyr looks like a shrimp, Narwi looks like a narwhal, and so on. You don't really have to guess what these creatu were based off of yet there is something very appealing about them. I love their designs. When I drew this creatu, I did not intend for it to be a glorified design like the CS pets. I simply wanted a hippo based findable creatu for res. Plus, like Foxee said, I do not typically draw in rescreatu's style and obviously if the staff does decide to to make one the res artists will put their own take on it. ^.^
