Inactive Account Rule Reminder
In
the past, we have never touched inactive accounts. However, as time
goes on, and accounts stay inactive for longer, we decided and relayed in the news in January 2018 that inactive accounts could be cleared after a certain period of time. If you do not log into your
account for 6 years, you will receive an email stating that your account
progress is at risk of being deleted. If you do not log in within 365
days of receiving that email, your account will be eligible to be
cleared at the next mass clearing.
Should you know of anyone wishing to keep their account intact that has not logged in nor responded to our emails sent out in 2018, please ensure they log on within the next few days to keep their progress intact.
Banned/Inactive Account Pet Clearings To
clear up server space and give users an opportunity to gain otherwise
unobtainable names, we are giving advance notice that we will be
clearing the pets of certain banned AND inactive users. The banned and inactive accounts will have their pets
moved to a different location, which the site will automatically clear a
random amount of pets from at random intervals. Clearings will happen
at a minimum of once per 24 hours and a maximum of once per 60 minutes.
These clearings will begin at an earliest of Wednesday, January 1st, at
00:00:01 RST.
At least 2500 pets will be cleared out, the majority of them with good names attached.
