There are no glitches in the springs dips guys, you're just missing a swim if you drop back down to zero. Take note of the site's date and time when you swim, not the date and time on your PC.

Also I'm confused. If we've already used the springs today it will set everyone back at zero tomorrow anyway? Not concerned, just confused.

I can't i always swim at reset. but,it seems if i dont swim,it tells me that im back down to Zero when its afternoon the next day.

If you don't get your dip in before the site goes down for maintenance, then yes, your count will be affected just like any day that you miss a swim. So swim now :p
