In order for Pat to figure out what is causing this, the error messages have been changed. Please note exactly what the error message says from this point on and that should help him a lot. ^.^

im on my egg hunt to make tu. when a red bare comes up and its anything i have to click on. i cant pick it up. im on virgin broadband. i'm on an acer lap top. im on goole chrome. i only 1 or 2 windows open. i have been having this problem sins 21st of may. i have reported it more than once. this problem as well as others is really spoiling my res exspeareeons. im devastated that i cant get the vouchers for the new up date. :(

Tried to pick up a value voucher, and got a message popped up that said "there has been an error" (or something similar) I'm using chrome and had multiple tabs open. |

I found a value voucher in the auctions on my bids, and it said error :/ (had mult. Tabs open)

Tried picking up atquati berries on the same IE that previously gave me an error previously, only had one tab open and no error. So I believe that multiple tabs do have something to do with it~

hmm i was told to post the value vouchers i cant pick up here so i found 3 tvalue vouchers yesterday which i couldnt pick up and i have screen shotted all of them and they are all date and time stamped. i am upset about this as i have been searching for value vouchers very hard and i have only found 3 that i have been able to pick up and it took me about 24 whole hours to find those 3 then suddenly i think my luck has changed but i cant pick them up so im very upset as i cant pick those 3 tickets up that i searched so very long for.

Found another voucher I couldnt pick up on reiflem, would it be best if I close out of all the other tabs I have open?

I was on the Big SB, and found a value voucher, before clicking the little dropdown menu to pick it up, I made sure all of my tabs were closed and I was able to pick it up. Not sure if it was the tabs or if it was the area on the site. I think tabs might have to do with it. But I'm not quite sure yet. Will update at a later time when I find a determination lol |

I haven't had any more issues picking up berries recently even with multiple tabs (: But I did just try to pick up a dye kit squishy pattern at the Reiflem bank with multiple tabs open and I got An error with (errorcode 2) after the message |

i tried to pick up some berries i got error 2 this has hapend twice to day. today 15/08/2013 tried to pick up love squishy on luck twuntie cay i couldn't error code 2 |

When I try to pick up any type of berries , there is a note that says "there has been an error. (error code 3)" This has hastened many times.

I found a Dye Kit Squishy Pattern this morning (5:44:34 game time) and was unable to claim it. This is the error message that I got: "Oops! There has been an error (errorcode 2)."
I was on Safari and did not have any other tabs open at the time.

I use firefox and when i try to pick up anything that isnt an egg it glitches... just now i tried to pick up a dye kit squishy pattern on Atquati...

Usually I just drag the tab out into a new window. That seems to fix it for me when I have several tabs (before I pick it up) (I always use incognito)
