Finally decided on an idea lol (I have so many others though 👀)
She's an indigo kayoki.
Changes/modifications to normal indigo Kayoki base (don't incorporate elemental effect):

- Can you make it the same color as or close to the periwinkle blue of the indigo kayoki's paws/stripe/tail tip? The cloud outline will have to be some color in between that periwinkle blue and the darker blue of the kayoki's fur for contrast I guess
- The tattoo is on Jinx's right shoulder but due to the positioning of the Khibi, it won't really be visible if you do it on that shoulder so can you do it on the Khibi's left shoulder instead? It would be the right side when we look at them head-on but from the khibi's pov it's their left.

- I don't want it to be to scale to the rest of the Khibi's body, I literally mean like a little toy version of it (like twice the size of a forepaw?)
- It doesn't have to look so intricate/exact to the ref pic, so long as the basic design/colors are there
Let me know how much it will cost! If it's more than expected (likely due to the handheld item), then I may change the handheld item to something else.
