Stardust Cyid?

So I found an azure Cyid in the Forest a few weeks ago... and it has the effect Stardust on it. But when I go to the Species page for Cyids, Stardust isn't one of the available effects. 
One, how is this even possible
And two... if I apply the effect when it grows up, what will happen?
(The Cyid is on my profile)

Stardust could be obtained from an old event called the Comet festival, it probably got it from this event.

When you apply the effects it will probably come up as a blank/ broken image as there's no art for it

they're going to be so pretty startdusted o3o (if we ever get them!)
