Just wondering what the criteria are for the ToT "rewards" (the oni masks and backpacks)? It seems random, as I've a couple of the more expensive ones...

There seems to be a slight difference this year
I've heard of people getting the prizes for
Outgoing: 45-50 requests
AND
Incoming: 70-75 requests
Outgoing is the backpacks
and incoming is the masks
