How do I unlock it? The ageless extract?

You give it to your creatu by using an Ageless Extract, 1 Extract gives the creatu the Ageless Adolescent, and a 2nd one used will give it the Ageless Baby.

Yes ^^ useing one Ageless Extract on Azurelos should give the Adolescent effect, and if you want to turn it off click on the creatu to bring up the toggle bar for effects.
