100k is the max, but also the norm. It's the accepted price for selling the odd unused hatch.

People will usually buy it for that amount if you are patient enough. However, some crazy peeps sell 'em for 10 or 20k and they will sell all their hatches for weeks at a time on a selling thread in the forums.

It really depends on how much you would miss not having the hatch.

But my advice would be to not sell them below 50k unless you're going to sell a LOT of them. And not under 75k if you're only selling 1 or 2. And if you've got time to burn, hold out for 90-100k.
