XAllurcore: Apparently it was intentional that they were added, but not permanent as the items won't be permanently stocked.

I have all of the scuba gear and I have the burger but there is no prompt to do the scuba diving when I go to the enchanted springs. what am i doing incorrectly.

Paris: What do you mean? 

In case you aren't sure where it is, the Whirlpool is in Atquati, looks like a huge whirlpool from the map!

Make sure your diving pieces are in your inventory, NOT in your clothing rack or equipped on your HA

Make sure you have all four pieces of diving gear & the clamburger when you goto the whirlpool. If you still cannot progress with the quest, please submit a ticket. It's helpful  if you can submit a screenshot so they know exactly where its going wrong :D

>_> I've tried like 8 times and I don't have any more kelps (traded an enchanted ulius for some kelps and managed to buy a few) and used all my tiny clam shells (and bought more). This is getting expensive and annoying. <_<
