Kaze made sure that out of the two of them he looked the more intimadating. If he was to fight then he would ranther he fought the newcomer then Kael. "Kael If a fight starts grab Kazumi and run i don't want her anywhere near here" He told him quietly so the newcomer wouldn't hear him.

Kael growled, but couldn't do anything in protest. It was evident that he was the less threatening of the two, with his missing eye. However, he was still able to fight, and fight well. He growled in annoyance, but he didn't want to ob
ject, if it had the risk of making both of them seem weaker against the intruder. He nodded, eye still on the silver wolf.

Mick clocked his head to the side, icy eyes glowing at the others. While their hackles were raised, he was as smug and calm as ever. He glanced at the pup curled under the foot of the one-eyed wolf, gaze softening. Although he would never show it, he had a... soft spot... for children.
Looking back at the dirty-grey wolf, he didn't even bother to snarl.
"Look, the kid isn't in harm's way." he started, blinking, "I only wanted to talk."
Feinting to the right, he watched the other males' eyes following him. He refused to show a sign of submission, but at the same time didn't so much as hint at attack. He never said anything unless he was sincere, but was going to go down fighting if they attacked.

Kael felt as if the newcomer was sincere, but at the same time, he didn't feel as if he could trust him at all. He felt Kazumi step forward boldly to play- he snapped and pinned down the cub gently with his forepaw.

His eyes flickered to the black-furred wolf, but he continued despite the others lack of trust. Hell, he was used to it.
"I came across a she-wolf a while ago; mute, yellow eyes. I was wondering if she was with you? She seemed too... fragile... to have been out here on her own for very long."

Kaze lowered the fur on his back. "No she isn't with me or my sister. I'm not sure about Kael though" he told him as he kept an eye this male it was his protective side he couldn't help it.
Kazumi wriggled and looked up at Kael and liked his muzzle as if asking if she could go play. She had a feeling that the male wouldn't hurt her she could see it when his eyes softened it was the same look Kaze got when he was trying to be strict but gave in to her sad eyed look.

(( Blood, you'll have to forgive me. I've got a lot going on, not just on Res, but real life, and I'm in enough RPs that I got you mixed up with another one of the users. The other user quit because she was getting behind in school, and for whatever reason I thought it was you. D: I don't expect you to, but I hope you understand. I also hope I didn't offend you too badly. ))
Mick sighed.
"Very well. Thank you for your time, I'm sorry to have bothered you." he nodded to the pup's brother, turning reluctantly back. He knew how to watch others, even retreating, and wasn't about to fall for a sneak attack. However, something made him pause. "If I were you, I'd get yourself and your sister out of here. I've heard there's a pack that hunts these woods. If they find you, I doubt they'll leave you in peace." he gesture to the pup, "For the sake of the little one."
Then he turned, and disappeared into the brush.

But yeah, Blood. The mute wolf and my character met, and now have plans to set off to the mountains. The siblings met the one-eyed wolf, aaand... I don't think have plans. XD

Kamikaze sat back on his haunches, watching the confrontation in front of him with interest. Interest of safety. Not of the pup's, but of his own. He decided the wolves would be too strong for him to fight, even if just one of them attacked, but still he stayed, all too eager to find out how this event would conclude. His chocolaty eyes flicked from one brute's face to another, then finally down at the she-pup, lingering there for a moment. The dense wall of trees before him masked nearly the whole rest of her body, excluding her head and the head of the half-blind brute protecting her.
Hyohaku crouched low behind the male she'd been traveling with, Kamikaze, and watched the scene, icy eyes bored. Kamikaze wasn't her brother, nor a close friend. They'd met soon after her pack had disbanded and had been traveling together since. She knew he didn't trust her, and she didn't dare trust him either. But in a fight, she'd rather have him by her side than any of the wolves she'd known previously.
Turning her attention back to the wolves, she crawled forward, pelt brushing against Kamikaze's dark fur, and settled next to him to get a better look.

Mick was almost out of sight of the others when he froze, sniffing the air. Something caught his nose, and without a second thought he bounded back towards the siblings and the one-eye. Swerving to the left, he lept forward, landing on a dark-grey wolf with a deadly snarl. This one was bigger than him, but Mick had youth and speed on his side. He tore at the other wolf, thoughts of the cub racing through his head.
It didn't even occur to him that the two wouldn't be from the forewarned pack. And as he ripped at the male, he took his eyes off the she-wolf for a single moment. Enveloped by thoughts of his own, past pups killed by pack-wolves, he thought he fought to protect the stranger's little sister. Perhaps, however, he had been wrong.
