Nicolette nodded her head. "It's nice to meet you Zack. And you, Sauyu!" She cooed, ruffling the husky's head. "Shaunee? She went off the get drinks." Nicolette fidgeted. She knew that Shaunee just wanted to support her and her crush, but geez, what if Nicolette wanted it to be more... discreet? "I hope you like snakes, Zack." Nicolette added, picking up Ruuqo just in case.

Crystal took a look at hr arm she took a rag out of her pocket then a tiny bottle of proxcide she pored some on the rag then she placed it on her arm *ssss* she lifted the ragand looked at it,it was a cut she got from useing a box cutter to cut a box open at work.

Zaccarius smiled. "Snakes are fine. If you tell me which way the snake is facing so the scales won't cut my fingers, and if you'd let me, I'd love to pet it," he said, not really sure that saying it any other way would be taken the wrong way. When the smell of peroxide hit his nose, however, he recoiled, covering his nose as it wrinkled up. "Why does someone have peroxide...?" he asked. Ugh. PEroxide smelled so nasty. ((<3)) |

Alex just sat there, continuing to eat his snowcone. The conversation had shifted away from him, somewhat excluding him, but he didn't mind. He wasn't the type to feel left out unless they just randomly got up and left him alone. That would be a little annoying. The snowcone had pretty much melted to a slush so he put the edge to his lips and tilting it up, drinking the slush in a few gulps. He shuddered and grimaced. It hadn't given him brain-freeze, but it had aggravated his teeth. |

Nicolette smiled at Zack. "It's so nice to meet someone that isn't repulsed by Ruuqo's presence." She slowly took his hand so he wouldn't be surprised, and put it on Ruuqo. Nicolette then tapped Ruuqo's head, signalling for him to stay still for awhile. The snake flicked his tongue in reply, and stopped slithering around the table. Nicolette then turned to Alex. "So, you afraid of snakes?" She asked.

Alex coughed into his arm softly, wiping a tear from his eye that had formed from the snowcone bothering his teeth. "A bit," he answered. "I got bit by one as a kid, but I don't hate all of them because of it." It was pretty apparent to him that Nicolette had the snake completely tame, so he wasn't to worried about it. He twisted the paper cone up and tossed it into a nearby trash can.

Nicolette tilted her head to one side. "Huh. I guess you must've agitated it. Didja poke it with a stick?" She asked, curious to know what caused the snake to bite Alex. "Because well, Ruuqo never bit me." Nicolette shrugged. "I guess it's just because I hatched him from an egg. Took some time too." She noted. "Oh well, wanna pet him?" Nicolette offered. "Don't worry, Ruuqo loves it when he gets attention."

Alex didn't want to answer her question. Mainly because he had poked it with a stick. Well, what did she expect? He had been five and had never seen a snake in his backyard before. Was he supposed to serve it tea? He simply shrugged. "Don't really remember," he lied, "It was a long time ago. He sighed and leaned forward so he could pet Ruuqo. "You sure he won't bit?" he asked, although it was a bit late to ask seeing as he was already in the snakes bite range.

Nicolette bit her tongue to prevent her from laughing. "Of course he won't, see?" She reached out and gently petted his emerald head with her second finger. The snake flicked his tongue in happiness. "If snakes could purr like cats, he would do that." She said. "Ah well, when is Shaunee going to come back?" She asked, looking around. She saw her friend waiting in a long line for drinks. "Ah, geez. She's never patient, so why is she standing in that line." Nicolette thought to herself.

Alex chuckled. "Well you're his owner. I don't think he'd bit you." He followed Nicolette's gaze and spotted her friend in a long line. "Man, she'll never get out of that." He said, looking almost sympathetically at Shaunee. That was the one thing that made malls annoying: the lines. Thankfully, there were rarely long lines for snowcones, which is why he usually only got them at the mall. He sighed and returned his attention back to Nicolette's snake. A slightly determined look on his face, Alex reached his hand out and stroked at Ruuqo's head.

Nicolette was surprised that Alex bothered looking at what she was looking at ((weird typing it out)). "I can feel your pain. At least Shaunee is a good friend." Nicolette said, almost to herself. She saw him touch Ruuqo. "Haha, that's the spirit!" Nicolette said encouragingly. Her snake flicked out his tongue again, this time landing on Alex's hand. "I guess he's just... getting familiar with you?" Nicolette surpressed another laugh.

She put her hand on her chin, supporting her head's weight on the hand. "How exactly did the snake help you out?" Nicolette shifted her gaze to Ruuqo again. "He's helped me out plenty of times." Nicolette grinned at Ruuqo, while he flicked out his forked tongue at her, signalling to her that it was their little secret. |

"ok me and my dad were hiking in the wood when we got on high clif it broke and i fell but i fell to far for my dad to reach plus we got no phone signal i was still down there and my dad had brought his pet snake ,btw it look just like that ,but he layed it down and rapped a piece of paper around it he went and came back with 5 men too help me"she smiled looking at the girl

Nicolette looked slightly confused. "How did wrapping a snake around a piece of paper help you?" Nicolette asked, also feeling slightly bewildered. Ruuqo slithered from under Zack and Alex's hand and up to Nicolette, rubbing his head up and down her arm. "Aw, you hungry?" Nicolette asked, and slipped her hand into her pocket, drawing out a small piece of beef jerky. She tossed it to him, and watched as Ruuqo slithered to the beef jerky and swallowed it. "You suuuure love your beef." Nicolette rolled her eyes as she watched Ruuqo.
