crystal saw as he walked off and turned her head the other direction to see a man laughing at him she marched right up to him "what are you laughing about that poor man is blind and all you can think about is the dog pulling him "her face turned red as she made an angry face at him"what if that was you"

After a moment of being led around by his dog, Zaccarius told her to find a bench for him to sit down. She pulled him over to a bench that was also occupied by a boy with a Sno-Cone, the smell of which reached Zack's nose rather quickly. "So, Sauya' you decided you wanted me to be sociable today." He smiled, petting the husky before turning towards where the smell of the Sno-Cone was coming from.

"Hello," he said, happy his blind eyes were hidden behind his blindfold. Yay!

Oh well. I could say he didn't hear the others. Or was tuning them out. :D))

Alex shrunk back slightly, unsure how to respond. This was the first time he'd ever been approached in the mall and it was the first time someone had yelled at him in the mall also. 

"I, err, sorry I didn't mean anything by it," he began, but was saved from the awkward moment when Zack approached. This made him feel slightly guilty. Saved by the guy he had been laughing at.

"Err, hi," he said shyly to him, "and sorry, just.. don't ask." he said, hoping this would get the girl off his back.

Nicolette was walking into the mall, dragged along by her friend Shaunee. "Aw, Shaunee." Nicolette was muttering. "Do we have to go to the mall? You know how busy it is. I hate crowds." Nicolette pouted.

"Oh, hush!" Shaunee said, waving dismissively at her friend. "Besides, I let you take that thing along, right?" She pointed accusingly at the small ittle green shape coiled in Nicolette's hand.

Nicolette looked at her snake, Ruuqo. "Hey, Ruuqo is perfectly harmless!" Then she grinned. "Besides, he'll scare away all the robbers and thieves!" The two girls laughed at that thought. They may seem harmless, but Nicolette would bite and scratch like a hellcat, while Shaunee would always use her loud voice to holler for help. Nicolette pointed at someone she thought she knew. "Hey, Shaunee." Nicolette tugged her friend's sleeve. "Is that Alex?" She pointed at the boy licking a snowcone.

Shaunee smiled devilishly. "Aww, are you going to talk to him?" She asked, nudging her friend. Before Nicolette could retort, Shaunee yelled. "Hey, Alex!" Nicolette flushed. "Shaunee!" She whispered, before petting Ruuqo's head for comfort.

Zaccarius tilted his head. "If you were laughing at how Sauya seems to control me instead of the other way around, it's fine." He smiled. "I'm Zaccarius, by the way. I'm usually called Zack since my full name is a mouthful." He chuckled, one hand resting upon Sauya's head.

"Sauya's a very determined husky that still doesn't know her own strength. She's done more than just drag me around a couple times. No hard feelings," he said, chuckling as his dog placed her head on his lap, absently petting her. "She's a good dog though."

Shaunee tutted her tongue. "So, he's ignoring you." She said, turning her head to Nicolette. Nicolette simply told Shaunee off, and started to say 'let's go', when her friend announced: "That's not good enough! Come on!" And took Nicolette's hand, dragging the helpless girl to Alex. Shaunee placed Nicolette on a seat not far away from Alex, and sat a bit further from the two. "What's up, Alex?" Shaunee said. She looked around, and asked Nicolette. "You thirsty?" Nicolette was just about to reply, when Shaunee jumped up from her seat and ran off to buy a drink. "You kids don't run off!" Shaunee called.

Nicolette looked nervously at Alex and the other boy. "Um, I apologize for my friend's acts." She said. "Sometimes Shaunee supports me a bit too much." Nicolette sighed, placing on hand on her chin to support herself and the other onto the table to release Ruuqo. "Don't worry." She said to the two boys. "He's rather harmless." Ruuqo stayed for a moment, then started slithering around Nicolette's other arm, flicking his tongue in and out.

[[Gotta go, dinner ._.]]

Alex smiled at Zack, even if he couldn't see it. He was glad the guy understood, plus Alex hadn't meant to be mean so there was no harm done. "She's very pretty," Alex commented, wondering if he was allowed to pet her. Probably not, most weren't supposed to be distracted when working.

He heard his name being called and his head snapped up, looking over in the direction the call had come from. He spotted two girls that looked rather familiar, but why was one holding a snake. Maybe they went to his school. He inwardly groaned. He couldn't remember their names. Crap, this was going to be awkward. Maybe if he just kept eating his snowcone and acted like nothing happened, he wouldn't have to feel stupid for not remembering them.

He paled slightly when they came over and sat down. He chuckled nervously. "It's fine." he said. Man, oh, man. They really did know him, what was he going to do?

Crystal looked blankly at the blind man "well if its ok with you its ok with "then she turned back to look at alex "but it was still rude "she said as ahe sat downin between them

Sauya's ears pricked and she moved over towards Alex to place a paw on his lap. Since her master was reasting, she was free, for the moment, to be petted. He didn't need her to just be sitting down, did he? She always stayed nearby,so if anyone tried anything funny, she could easily act or warn Zack to the dangers.

"I wish I knew what she looked like. I remember seeing pictures of huskies when I was really little, but there are so many different colorations..." Zaccarius gave a soft sigh, tilting his head.

When he heard two female voices he looked up and tilted his head. The name they had said was not his own, so he decided to keep out of the conversation.

((Sauya is a silver Husky with one blue eye and one brown eye. ouo))

((Hnn...I needed sleep...and now my tummy hurts from the sheer amount of sugar I consumed last night...))

Zaccarius smiled. "Yeah. Her name's Sauya.And I'm Zaccarius, usually know as Zack," he told the girl, the name he identified belonging to the voice beingNicolette. "Has Shaunee spoken yet? Siince I'm blind, I as-socite names with voices rather than faces..." He tilted his head, curious.
