Patchpaw and Leopardheart chanted "Silentpaw! Silentpaw," over and over again along with the clan. Patchpaw thought, now I have a friend to grow strong and courageous with! I can't wait for our first gathering! Bounding over to rub against Silentpaw and congratulate him. Leopardheart sat back and looked around camp making sure that there was no danger. It’s so close to the gathering and the other clans have been so quiet. I can only hope that this is a good thing. Hearing a yowl followed by a short hiss Leopardheart looked over to see Birdkit and Duskkit play-fighting. And what a handful those lovely kits will be when it’s their time to become apprentices.

Silentpaw purred in delight, nodded to Patchpaw. "I cant ait to train together!" He meowed to her, then bounded over to touch noses with Cougarfeather. "I'll do mbest." He promised. Glancng over, he smiled in delight at a happy looking Falconwing.

Silentpaw felt his heart leap and followed them, catching up to pad beside Patchpaw. "Wonder which moves she'll teach us today?" He mutered, looking at Eaglestar. Glancing behind them, he was curious as to where Cougarfeather was.

Following hot on Eaglestars paws, Patchpaw looked around with new appreciation. I never noticed how everything is built to shelter us from danger. Looking at her mentor Patchpaw made an abrupt stop, so she wouldn't run into the she-cat.

((Patchkit and Silentkit were named apprentices and eaglestar is mentor to patchpaw and Cougarfeather is mentor to silentpaw not much else)) Once they were in the hollow Easglestar sat down. "Cougarfeather is injured and will either not be joining us or jst watching" "we will be learning pair fighting because the two of you are very good friends and in a battle together you will know what to do." and so the afternoon went on with the fighting techniques. Eaglestar landed with a thud. Patchpaw was pinning her down while Silentpaw batted at her sides. she pushed them off and said "Very good. Especially for such young cats. Very well done"

Standing tall with her tail sticking straight up Patchpaw declared, "Silentpaw and I can take on any warrior from any clan. Though I think I did better." Grinning at Silentpaw, she play pounced on her friend. I love being an apprentice, it's so fun. And knowing that soon enough I will have a warrior name. Having a paw thwomp her on the head Patchpaw was jolted out of her thoughts as Silentpaw pinned her down. Declaring himself the best.

Eaglestar swallowed a mrrow of laughter and said, "Come one you two lets go on a hunting patrol" she put Fallenwind in charge of the camp and asked Moonsong and Wolfsong to join the patrol to make sure they would catch some good prey. "You two go ahead we will be back here she told the other warriors and they nodded and dashed off. "This is the hunters crouch, and since our most common prey here is mice we do this technique" she explained and watched the young cats do the same thing."make sure you-" she broke off when she heard a yowland she andthe apprentices dashed off towards the noise there she saw Raveneyes and Flameridge battling with two cats she had never seen before.

Jadewing watched her kits wrestling and stoppe them when they got too rough "I want each of you to bring me a beetle, a twing, a pinecone and a butterfly. Go!" she mewed as their kits ran off. She walked out of the nursery and stretched, as warm as iit was in the nursery it was nice to be out of the stuffy little nest. She stretched her legs and walked up to her mate touching her nose to his ear and licking his face. "Its good to be out of that den." she proclaimed looking at him " I can't wait until they are apprenticed"

Dashing toward the sounds of chaos, Patchpaw came to a sudden halt at the sight of Raveneyes being tackled by a much bigger tom cat. Without a thought in her mind Patchpaw leapt at the tom cat and held on with tooth and claw! Scratching, clawing, biting and twisting Patchpaw did her best to help Raveneyes. Silentpaw where are you? Just today we got Eaglestar, together we can take this cat!

Eaglestar leaped into the m*censored* of cats clawing like she had the strength of StarClan. She watched as Patchpaw and Silentpaw fought side by side and she screeched "Patchpaw run as if you have the speed of StarClan. Go back to camp and ask Fallenwind to organize a patrol to bring here"
