"Why would that make you want to know my name? Besides if you didn't burn my eyes, I wouldn't be looking at my book the whole time would I?," she snarled. "You just suddenly interfere right!?," she snarled.  

Josh smirked, "Feisty, aren't you?"

Lucy watched sadly as her plant was reduced to a heap of ashes. Josh snapped his fingers, and the ashes started to quiver. She squeaked and shoved the pot off of the bench in surprize. Josh bit back a laugh.

Jace tugged on the back of Josh's hair. He ignored him icily.

Josh smirked. "I'm Josh,"

Jace grinned, and sat down next to Erin. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders.

Lucy sighed.

Lucy stood up, and stalked past Jace, Josh and Erin. She kicked Jace in the ribs as she walked by. "As$hole..." she muttered.

Jace grinned, holding his ribs, "I'm Jace." He stood back up, and sat next to her again. 

Josh looked back down on his book, fighting back a laugh.

Josh chuckled.

Jace scowled at Josh, "Shut up, Romeo boy. Go find your Juliet and kiss my-"

Josh cut him off. He recited Romeo perfectly, "If I may trust the flattering truth of sleep,
My dreams presage some joyful news at hand:
My bosom's lord sits lightly in his throne;
And all this day an unaccustom'd spirit
Lifts me above the ground with cheerful thoughts.
I dreamt my lady came and found me dead--

He chuckled, "Now, why don't you go play with someone else you can't have?" 

Jace scowled.

Josh went back to reading, a smile plastered on his face.

With a flick of his wrist, Jace set the edge of Josh's book on fire.

Josh licked his fingers, and calmly pinched the paper, so the fire went out. He went back to reading again without another word.

Jace scowled, and set the gras$ near Erin's feet on fire.

Lucy, who was sitting nearby, wrapped Jace's feet in vines. He struggled against them, grinning.

Josh frowned, consentration thrown off. "Will you amateurs quit it?"

Jace scowled, still fighting against the vines, "Who are you calling amateur? Do you even have a power?" 

His eyes grew dark. "I'd rather not talk about it." Jace grinned, and lit the vines on fire. Lucy scowled, and tossed water at him. 

Jace wiped the water off and glared at Lucy. She glared back.

Josh set the book down, and grabbed a rock. "Watch and learn," he muttered, throwing the rock at a robin flying overhead. The rock made it loose balance, so it flew into a wall and snapped it''s neck. 

Josh made it stand back up, and walk over to them. The undead robin played with Erin's shoelace. He snapped his fingers once, and the robin keeled over. It didn't move.

Josh picked his book back up and smirked. "Yeah, I'm a depressing freak. Cool huh?" his voice dripped sarcasm. He went back to reading yet again.

Jace and Lucy stared at him, eyes wide.
