( o.o' 'Kay. ) "Um, your birth certificate..." the nurse said, blinking at Brittany. She led her into the x-ray room, and draped a heavy, navy blue blanket-thing over her. "Lay down over there," she said, gesturing to large table.

The nurse shrugged. "Maybe your doctor recognized you and had us pull up your file. I don't know," she said, and she strode away, off to get a doctor. Keith slipped in when she left. "Hi, there, Brittany," he said quietly, blinking. "I followed."

"Well, you're okay with my getting radioactive poisoning," Keith said, shrugging and then walking out of the room. Not long after, a doctor peeked through the door. "Oh, okay, so you're Brittany." he said, stepping inside. "I don't know why the nurse brought you in here or anything, 'cause I'm pretty sure you don't have a broken wrist." He laughed, then pulled off the heavy material the nurse had draped over her. "It's just sprained," he added, shrugging and waving for her to follow him out of the room.

"Well, let me see your hand," The doctor turned, taking Brittany's hand and pushing his thumb into his wrist. "I was right," he chirped, smiling. "You're fine. I had sort of figured, 'cause you were't crying or anything."
