[[Psh fine D:< Oya, Leto has no wings, just a very obvious FYI XD ]] Leto trotted through the forest, her brother Vorlos close on her heels. "Will you slow down, Leto?" He asked in a snarl. "Why?" She snapped back. "When we were in the pack, you were the one that always got in trouble. I just stuck up for you, for our mother." Leto said in a furious tone. Vorlos flattened his ears, eyes flashing. "Now is not a good time to bring this up, Leto." He said in a dangerously quiet voice. Leto snorted. "Won't listen to you." She retorted, sounding like a pup. Vorlos rolled his eyes and caught up with his sister, as they trudged through what seemed to be a lonely forest. --- Basira fluttered her eyes open. Her den was streaming in sunlight. She got up, stretching in a content manner. A life of a loner was a good one. She had barely met any wolves, and they all seemed good enough. Basira flicked her ears as she quietly slipped outside of her cozy den, sniffing the air. --- Halphas paused. The forest seemed so dark and foreboding, nothing like his old pack. He sighed. Being an exile was hard. With great force, he stepped through, hesitating. After the first few steps, nothing came out and attacked him, so he relaxed. Halphas looked around again, wondering if there were any wolves.

Rays of sunlight hit through the small holes in Calyx's makeshift den. With a groan, she stood up, bumping her head on the ceiling. "Ow!" she snapped, falling down again and resting her paws ontop of her head. Calyx let out small whimpers when an unfamilar scent filled her nostrils. Another wolf, mabye? -Halphas- She took another good whiff. Just one, thank God. Hopefully this wolf wasn't dangerous, or hostile. She stumbled out of her den and followed the wolf's scent. Kohaku trotted through the brush. "We're almost there..." He said turning around. "Starfrost? Where'd yah go?" He tilted his head in confusion. His sister was no where to be seen. "This isn't the time for playing around!" He huffed. "Here!" Came Starfrost's snarl. He finally located her white pelt. Of course, she was trapped in a briar bush. kohaku padded up to her, chuckling. "Stop your laughin'!" she snapped. Wait, what was that? Two strange objects were walking toward them. Wolves! "A little help here!" Starfrost's howl snapped him back into reality. "Keep it down," He whispered. "They're--" Starfrost howled louder. "Keep it down?! These thorns are piercing through my skin!" Nyght slept peacefully in his cave. -fail-

Leto jerked straight up when she heard a piercing howl. "Did you hear that?" She asked her brother. Vorlos looked up at his sister in a lazy fashion. "Heard what?" He asked. Leto narrowed her eyes. "That howl. There are wolves in this forest." She flicked her ears. "In fact, I smell them now." Being the more hardworking one of the two siblings, Leto had a better sense of everything, while Vorlos just flat out didn't work. "Follow me." She said, stalking forward towards where the two other wolves were without waiting for Vorlos. He let out a growl of annoyance and trudged after his sister. --- Basira wandered along the forest, poking around. Perhaps she could find a new den to store food for her, in case she ever did starve in the future. She looked around in promising dens, but each of them had an obvious entrance. Finally, after a few minutes of trotting around, Basira found a cave. 'Ah, perhaps I could use this as my new home instead, and use my old den as a food storage.' She thought, stumbling blindly into the den. The scent of wolf hit her nose. Suddenly uneasy, Basira looked around blindly, her eyes not yet adjusted to the dark. "Hello?" She called. --- Halphas looked around in every direction, eyes still very alert and ears pricked for any snapping of twigs or pawsteps. "Any wolf there?" He called out, hoping he sounded like a confident wolf. He was never used to something that was not pack life.
