Lane was standing with the other lieutenants and captains, waiting for the cadets to finish filling in. The cadets sat down with their companies, making up a total of four small companies. Lane looked at his captain, who nodded, and he stepped up to address Alpha Company. "The Trost District of Wall Rose has been breached by the Colossal Titan. More titans are entering through the breach and the Military Police have been called in to give assistance in evacuating the civilians. Squads 1 and 2 will be in charge of helping people aboard the transports while squads 3 and 4 will assist with the garrison corp. You will only be in charge of running supplies to the garrison cannons. Squad 5 and 6 will be split up and will go with the transports through to the other side of Wall Rose. Do not engage the titans unless you have no other option."
