((Lol, it's fine. I've been working on a few bios of my own and an AMV for youtube so, no problem.))

Something in the air shifted, the wind changed directions and the sea began to rock violently. Jade's eyes immediatly snapped away from the group and out into the waters that for so long had been marked as mysterious and cursed. The waves slammed against the ship hard enough that the water came up onto the deck. "We should head inside. It's gotten too dangerous." She hissed, looking at her brother then out at the choppy waters below.

"No! This is the most fun we have had yet! And it's only day 1. We might never get a chance like this again, imagine the stories we will have for when we get back home! Stop being such a worry wart." Jake snapped, the flame of adventure burning bright in his eyes. There was no way that he was going to back down. With a sigh Jade eyed a couple extra crates. "Fine, we can stay longer but when I say we leave, we go." She hissed, crawling out of the space and pulling the boxes closer so any water wouldn't soak their legs. Jake almost jumped out of his skin with joy, a nod of agreement to their deal. "That ok with you guys? An adventure is exactly what we need. Not a card game." He said, putting his cards on the ground.

Jade scooped up the cards and slid them neatly into their container, her eyes surrounding her shadows only to see shadows. Nearby a sound came that made Jade nearly jump out of her seat. It was the ship's intercom system. 'Will all pas.sengers please make their way off of the deck and into the safety of the bunks or indoor gaming rooms. Parents and gaurdians, be sure to look out for and collect all children you are responsible for and have a good evening. Jade rolled her eyes, it was almost as if the crew already knew that the kids were hiding out, but apparently they weren't alone. Somewhere on the other side of the crates came the sound of rushed footsteps of those caught out in the rain. "Even the Captain has asked everyone to come inside. I think we should-" She was cut off by a sudden wave knocking into the side of the ship. It knocked one of the crates loose and sent it toppling down ontop of them. Quick thinking and reflexes from matrial arts training kicked in and she slammed her shoulder into the falling box. This would keep it in place long enough for the others not to get crushed. "Now do you believe me? Get out of here and make a break for our cabin." She said, her voice shaky with the strain.

Just as Nikki was starting to get herself to like the waves crashing, the thunder roaring, and the lightening..Well bolting, she heard the intercom tell them all to go back inside. She didn't have the guts to be the 'party pooper' in the group, so she waited for either Jade or Andrew to say something. (Oh yes, the responsible ones <3)

Thankfully, Jade saved them from a flying box headed there way. Andrew let out a breath, and said, "I'm with Jade..." Before postioning himself to getting up. Nikki sighed, and tried not to look thankful at getting out of this, and got up with Andrew. The waves were crashing so hard, she fell back and brought Andrew with her. Without caring to look like the 'party pooper' anymore, she said, "Alright, it's getting to crazy out here. Let's go back..."

"You're right. I agree we should hed in now, let's just play cards at my place." Jake said, a look of panic over his face at the near situation of being crushed. Crawling out of the whole and helping Jade out by picking up the box off her back, he looked around and truly saw the dangers of the Bermuda. Jade nodded at Andrew, saying with her eyes to run as fast as he could with Nikki in tow. Grabbing Jake's wrist she took off in the direction of the cabins but that was a huge mistake. Just as they reached the point of no return, meaning there was no way to go back to their hide out and the cabins were too far out of reach, a wave that had been building up now towered above the deck. With a shout, the wave came crashing down and knocking the party down to the ground. The receding current tugged at them, drawing them in closer to the sea overboard. It pulled Jake over the rail but Jade had a firm grip on his wrist, the weight causing her to crash into the rail. They were going to stay there but the next wave hit and that was it, both twins were pulled overboard. She yelled out to Andrew and Nikki, the salt water filling her eyes and the darkness making it impossible to see them. She clung to her brother, trying to keep both of their heads above water and not forgetting about what lurked beneath them. Rumors plagued this place of monsters and whirlpools and cyclones and so much more. No matter how hard she kicked, she knew that there was little possibility of survival.

BIC:

It took a second for Nikki to realize that her two friends were pulled away by a wave, and were over board. When the realization hit her, she screamed as loud as such a fragile girl could manage, letting go of Andrew, and going to the railing where they fell off. Hoping to find a way to get them back, though knowing any way is impossible. "Jake! Jade!" She exclaimed. She looked back at Andrew, who was as pale as a ghost. "Hold onto my feet while I try to give them my hand!" Nikki cried to Andrew. Though this wasn't the situation to laugh, Andrew did a nervous chuckle and screamed back at her, while holding on to the railing,
"I don't think you realize how high this boat is, Nik-" Before he could say any more, another wave crashed on the boat, gathering Andrew and Nikki as easily as if they were sticks, and throwing them to the roaring waters.

"Andrew!" Nikki cried with fear, as she tried to look for her friends through the waves that took her away from the boat. Soon, Andrew appeared, and she gladly held on to his hand as they searched for Jade and Jake. "Jade! Jake!" They both cried again and again while waves crashed into them. Another bolt of lightening flashed, and Nikki screamed.

  I'm going to die with my voice almost gone...

She thought to herself while tears of fear streamed down her cold cheeks. She planned on dieing in a much more respectable way. It just then occured to her just how cold this water was. She groaned while shivering as she kept looking for her other two friends. Screaming even louder to where her voice croaked in pain, "Jake! Jade!"

"Nikki? NIKKI!" Jake yelled out, hearing her voice over the wind and the crashing water. After a moment he made the connection and realized that his friends were pulled overboard as well. He was just about to yell out to them when something slid by his foot. Jade felt it too and froze. "What was that?" He asked, all his muscles stiff with fear. 

"I have an idea but I sure hope I am wrong." She whispered, looking around and catching sight of her friends bobbing up and down in the water. "Careful! I think there is something in the water." She called, feeling it wrapping around her leg. She pushed her brother away just as she was pulled under the surface. Jake yelled out, trying to reach for a hand he knew not to be there. She kept fighting to come to the surface and each time she did, Jake went to grab for her... But the creature under the waves didn't like that very much. It wrapped it's tentacle around him and pulled him under. Opening his eyes under water, he realized that the creature was an octopus. A freaking octopus. Jade was wrong with her as.sumption but now she wished she had been right. The legs were already reaching out for their friends. She noticed something strange about this creature though. It was hard to tell but there was something off about it...

"I hear Jake!" Nikki exclaimed, throat burning from the screaming. She let go of Andrew's hand and said, "I see him! And Jade!" before dog paddling closer to the figures. Once she was closer, things didn't look alright. Something - some kind of creature showed a bit of it's body above the surface but she couldn't make it out. Andrew, fastly behind her, stared at the same situation she did.

"What is that?" He asked amazed and a bit frightened, to no one in particular. Not that anyone else was around. The smart ones left the deck unlike them, so no one knew they were missing. Yet.

"Jake!" Nikki screamed out to him again, seeing him being pulled under as well as Jade. She started swimming to help, but wasn't as bold once she saw the thing grab onto herself next. "Andrew!" She screamed, but Andrew was no where to be seen. Before she could take one deep breath, she was underwater, not having enough guts to open her eyes. "Andrew..." Her voice jumbled in the water, making no sense. She guessed Andrew was either too cowardly to help the three - though she doubted that - or he was taken by the creature too. The second was more possible. So now, all four were going to die from a octupus creature straddling or drowning them. The thought frightened her.

((Derp, I fell asleep. :D Ok, so this is where things get weird... Like really weird, and something I made up on the spot just now. :P))

The cold, dark water left very little visibility for the overboard children to see their captor but one thing was for certain. This was no ordinary sea dweller. Everything happened so fast that it was all a blur. The arm around Jade and Jake clenched tighter any air left in their lungs escaping in a cloud of bubbles.The world around her began to grow darker and darker as she suffocated below the surface. Just when she thought it was all over for her and everyone else, a strange light shone below them. Blurred figure emerged from the light, four of them if Jade counted correctly. She couldn't see the colors of the fourth one, too far away to tell in the murky waters but the other three shone brightly. A black serpentine creature attacked the tentacle that held Jade, black blood filling the aters around them, and then snaked it's way around Jade. She suspected that the other three were of the same creature but she noted the differences in color. The one that went after Jake was red and in the distance she saw a hint of green. She fought against the serpent, not sure of its intentions. But that fight was soon to be over as her eyes drifted shut and she inhaled...

Her vision was white, all around her nothing but white. She looked down and found that it was not the outfit that she had worn on the ship. Something heavy clung to her right wrist, an empty slot where a gem could have sat surrounded by intricate designs. She looked about her and was startled by the appearance of a black dragon. It had the appearence of a European Dragon from legend. Thin, serpent like body with four legs and a long tail. Very much resembling an Asian Lung. The only difference was that this one had wings. It looked at her, seeming to evaluate her existance. When coming to a decision in its head, a light blinded Jade and then he was gone. Looking down at her wrist, the empty slot had been filled with a swirling black gem. Suddenly she felt warmth, and heard the sound of seagulls around her. She opened her eyes.

Jake was surrounded in a sea of light, the red dragon that had saved him standing before his eyes. It looked young and was very energetic, a bit out of control. Walking over to him, he placed a single claw on Jake's index finger and disapeared. Looking down at his hand, he found there to be a gold ring with a red gem glowing hot. Very confused, he didn't even realize that he had awoken on a beach and his entire outfit different from what he had been wearing earlier.
