Skellig breathed a sigh of relief. So, Riku couldn't kill himself? That was at least one good thing. And he was still apologising... He had nothing to say sorry for. If anything, the shifter should be saying sorry to him. Just as he was about to say something, though, Kyin asked him something. When posed with the question, he actually looked thoughtful for a moment, as if he needed to consider whether or not he had other powers. Knowing him, he probably did.

''Uhm... Not that I know of. I think shifting's pretty much it.'' He shrugged his shoulders, staring at a point in the wall beside Kyin's head for utterly no reason other than because he was daydreaming as to what other powers he might possibly have.

Skellig was shaken out of his daydreams and looked down at Riku, figuring he must have been cold before the boy even said it. When Kyin suggested staying over, he could think of no reason not to, so decided to agree. ''Sure. We should probably get Riku a blanket or something, or get him into bed, 'cos he's freezing.'' He could feel just how cold the boy's skin was with ease, without even trying to check if he was warm enough.

''And surprises are awesome, most of the time. So long as they aren't killer mutant zombies or anything.'' He pondered over exactly how many killer mutant zombies it would take to orchestrate a terrifying surprise, and figured one would be enough.

Skellig chuckled, looking down at Riku and holding onto him tightly. ''Don't worry about it. It's my fault he's even like this at all, so I'd like to do all I can to help him.'' He sighed, shaking his head. So he was pretty now? That was an interesting thought, in the least. After images of himself in a dress, Skellig decided to try and distract himself by talking to Kyin some more.

''Are you sure he'll be alright now? I mean, is there anything else I can do?'' He looked up to Kyin and held his gaze, pondering over whether or not his suspicions about him were correct.

Skellig laughed, shaking his head. Riku could be a funny person at times. It was a shame they didn't know how else to help him, but at least he was okay, more or less, now. He couldn't help but wonder what it felt like, the first time it had happened, how scared he must have been... That thought led on to him thinking about what it felt like in general, all that electricity coursing through his body. When he'd been shocked just a little, it had hurt like hell, so he doubted it was like that all the time.

''Don't worry 'bout it. After all, I am quite stunning.'' He laughed good-naturedly again, tilting his head slightly as he pondered over his constant stream of swirling thoughts.

Skellig was a little unsure of how he was supposed to respond to Riku's amusing antics, so did nothing but laugh. 'Playful' was an understatement for this. Compared to how he behaved before, he was more like a puppy now than anything else. ''Yeah, he does seem a little more... 'Playful'.'' He chuckled softly again, wondering how on earth he could be so boisterous when he had looked like he was going to turn into a zombie at any moment only a few minutes before.

''Ah, no, you're okay. I don't generally like popped corn. Last time I made it, the fire brigade had to come down to my house...'' He trailed off, wondering if the reason pop corn was always burnt was because it was him making it, but brushed it aside. Of course it wasn't. He was, after all, a rather good cook, if he did say so himself.

Skellig looked Riku over skeptically, wondering what was wrong with him. This behaviour was definitely different to how he had been before. Still, it would take him a while to actually cop on that he was being flirted with. ''Oh, uhm... Thanks, I guess. You sure you're okay?'' He tilted his head to the side slightly, looking at the elemental with a puzzled air, his eyes confused.

He didn't know why Riku was acting the way he was, nor whether it was a good thing or a bad thing, but it was still more than a little strange, and he began to wonder if an evil space hamster had invaded his brain.

Skellig's brain finally clicked that that had been what Riku had been doing. He never was much good at copping on to what other people were doing,particularly if it had anything to do with relationships at all. ''Really? I didn't notice anything.'' He had a confused ex[injection]pression on his face again, as if that was anything new.

''Don't worry about it. It ain't your fault.'' He laughed, shaking his head. He really had to get better at understanding Riku and Kyin. So far, everything they did just puzzled him.

Skellig looked absolutely bewildered, having been about to answer Riku's quetion with a simple shrug and a 'dunno', when Kyin turned off all the lights and whispered something to Riku. He also made a gesture to Skellig to keep quiet, something he thought himself to be a master of, or perhaps a ninja at.

Although, like most things Skellig thought, that was fairly far from the truth. ''What is it?'' He whispered, or rather said quietly. He couldn't whisper to save his life, let alone when Kyin and Riku appeared to be playing a game.

Skellig look rather bemused, and wondered exactly how the people got 'taken away'. Did they sedate them, knock them out, kill them, or just drag them through the city screaming and kicking? He was, by that point, exceptionally curious to find out how, and wanted to ask Kyin or Riku, but Kyin had already gone over to the door and was listening to something. He was smiling, but then he hissed, so Skellig just ended up even more confused.

Pulling Riku's hand away, he looked at him with a puzzled ex
pression. ''Making their rounds? They don't do that where I live...'' Then again, he was considered to be from a 'good Catholic community', so that topic was debatable.
