"--Whoa!" Jake said, leaping away. "What's wrong with your dog?!" Shay was getting upset. "Shadow! Cut it out! Come on, I'm taking you to your room," she said and took Shadow in her arms. She then set him down in the guest room, now Shadow's room. She closed the door and sat down on the floor with him. "What's gotten into you?! Jake's not evil, OK? Now, come on. No more being bad. Stay here and I'll let you out again after Jake's gone home." She then left and locked the door as she went away, leaving Shadow alone in his room. She then returned to Jake and sat beside him again. "I'll go with you," she said, blushing slightly. Jake was jumping for joy on the inside. She actually said 'yes'! "Awesome. Pick you up at seven, prom night?" "Of course. In the meanwhile, what do you want to do?" Shay asked, looking around.

Kaze smirked before yelping and makign as much noise as he could hoping to annoy her that much she opens the door. Jake smiled at her before looking up hearing the noise "is he ok?" he asked her. |

"Yeah, he's fine. Probably thinks he can make me open the door," Shay said. "Ah.." Jake replied. "Hey, what's on TV right now?" "I don't know." Shay replied. She then stopped on a channel. "Hey, you like this show?" "Yeah," Jake said, and the two started to watch together.

Kaze started ramming into the door in his adult dog form he wanted to make it sound like he was going to break the door soon he sighed before jumping on the bed and laying there in his pup form.

Jake looked at Shay and moved closer as if to kiss her. Kaze turned human and quietly opened the door before turning back into a pup and running down the stairs to where Shay and Jake where before growling at him. |

Jake quickly kissed Shay on the cheek, then got up. "Well, I've gotta go," he said. Shay sighed, then glared at Shadow, and mouthed the words, 'you made him leave!' She then turned to Jake as he started to leave. "Bye, Jake. See ya prom night." she said, then closed the door. She then turned to Shadow. "What is your problem with Jake?" she asked--not angry, but not happy. "If only you could speak, everything would be easier, wouldn't it?" She scratched him behind the ears, then sighed. "Go ahead, run along and play," she said, and went up to her room. She opened her diary, then wrote: December 6, 2010 Jake came over to my house! JAKE came over to MY HOUSE! Wow.....And he said he heard that I liked him, and he also said he liked me! Oh. Em. Geeeeeeee!!! He even asked me to prom! I said yes, of course! Except Shadow didn't like him. He bit him, actually, and growled and bared his teeth at him. Oh, well. I guess he's not socialable with everyone. Mom and dad are probably out, still. Talk about all-night partying! Anyway, Shadow didn't hurt Jake when he bit him--he didn't draw blood, I mean. It hurt a bit for Jake, though. But just a bit. And Jake also....he....he KISSED ME!!! Right on the cheek! Woah. O.O It felt....amazing. Woah. O.O

Shay shut her diary and locked it, leaving the key in her special spot once again. She then picked up Shadowa and set him on her lap. "It's ok, I forgive you. Just don't do it again," she said, petting him. "Hey, wanna watch some TV?"

"That? Oh, that's just my diary. I read my most deepest thoughts in here," Shay said to Shadow. She then picked him up and went downstairs and sat on the couch. She set down Shadow beside her and watched TV. "See that? It's called TV. You can hear and see stuff, except not live. Well, it's hard to explain. Just enjoy watching it."

Kaze smiled at her before looking at the TV when he could see other animals on the TV he decided to act cute. He ran over to the TV and stood on his hind legs as he tilted his head at it before making cute whining noises and barking at them every now and then his tail wagging like mad.
