Kirsty opened her eyes and nodded as she looked down. "Yeah it was, but i wouldn't be able to tell the differance, it was my first kiss" She said blushing as she looked down.

He laughed. "Mine too." He told her, taking her hand. He started walking to his house again. A moment later he stopped abruptly. "Don't move a muscle." He wispered to her, only loud enough for her to hear.

Kirsty looked at him and made a humming noise. She didn't want to move her head incase whatever it was attacked her. She didn't know who or what was around but she was scared.

"Shh..." He wispered to her. "Let go of my hand, slowly." He said. "Once I cont to three, you drop down and cover your head. No mater what you do, do not get up 'till I tell you to." He said. Just then a low growl erupted from the bear behind them.

She slowly let go of his hand as she waited for him to tell her when to drop to the ground. As soon as he would tell her she would drop down and cover her head.

"One... Two... Three!" He wispered, turning around and phasign into a wolf. He let out a snarl, trying to scare off the bear. The bear dropped down to it's fours, and charged from about 15 yards away. He started running, trying to keep the bear from comming to close. Once he was close enough, he lunged, grabing it on the neck. A moment after he eirced the windpipe, it shook him off. He landed on his side, breaking his leg. He quickly lunged again, this time ending up behind the bear, trying to draw it away from the woman. "Run!" He screamed, dodging one of the bear's heave and deathly paws. "Run to the North, don't stop! You will find a house not far from here! Tell the woman that Garret sent you! Go quickly now!" He shouted, running off into the trees, the bear following him.

Kirsty quickly jumped up and ran. She had no clue which way was north but she knew that she just had to run. She didn't know that sadly she was going south towards the city insted of north.

About ten minutes later, he had finaly killed the bear and was taking it back to his house, still in his wolf form. As he walked to the door, he pressed the door bell with his nose. It opened up to a mother's worried face. "What happeed?" She asked him. "Where is she? Is she okay?" He asked, frantic. "Who are you talking about?" His mother asked, trying to take the bear off of him. "The girl!" She said tierd. "What girl? What are you talking about?" She asked him, confused. "She didn't come here?" He asked, settling down a little. "No, no one came by. Now, let me take this," She said, getting the bear off of his back and onto the ground. "Thank you." He said, then turned around and darted back into the forest, twords the city. Only minutes later he arrived at her house. He looked up at the sky. He didn't think she culd run as fast as he could, and he didn't smell her there. He walked up to the door and started pawing at it to get the attention of who ever might be in there.

Kirsty was still in the woods lost. She didn't know where she was or where she going.
Mrs Peterson could hear a noise and came out of her apartment and opened the door seeing big dog. "Oh hello boy" She said petting him. She was old but friendly to everyone and all animals.

Mrs Peterson gasped "n-n-no" She said then fainted seeing a dog/ wolf talk.
Kirsty still ran int he forest and soon fell over a root and twisted her ankle. She cried out in pain as she held her ankel in pain "Where is this house he told me about" She said tears falling down her face as she cried.

He heard something very faint in the forest. He started running in the direction it came from. About an hour later he looked up at the sky. There was about five minutes before it would get dark.

Kirsty put her head on her knee as she tried to keep herself warm and quiet incase something out there might try to hurt her. All she could think about was why she didn't stop to ask where north was.

He sat down in the meadow, thinking as the dark surrounded him. 'Where is she?" He thought to himself. He was determined to find her, and luckly it was night - his sences were at their peak. And, luckly it was winter. He let out a howl, letting anyone in the area where he was, and to stay away from him. "If only she would phase!" She wispered to himself. When two wolves were close enough to eachother, they could hear eachother's thoughts.

Kirsty heared a wolf howl and pulled herself tighter into a ball. She was scared that she might be attacked if she was too close to their den or their pups.

He stood up on all fours, sniffing the ground. He cought the scent of a rabbit and followed it, hungry. Just as he was about to catch it, a cold wet snowflake dropped on his nose. He looked up, to see snowflakes falling lightly all around him.

Kirsty shivered feeling snow on her. She moved onto her side and held herself closer rying to keep all of her heat to herself. She was cursing herself for having no coat and wearing a skirt from work.

He smiled. He loved the snow. He started walking back to the meadow, then remembered the task at hand. Find the girl. She would freeze soon if he couldn't find her.

Kirsty closed her eyes and felt herself falling asleep. It was funny she loved snow and it was about to kill her slowly. She just hoped her son wouldn't hate her for leaving him at such a young age.
